Really kind pharmacist and techs! The 24 hour pharmacy is incredibly busy at 5:30pm and much larger than others in the chain, but I was impressed with their demeanor. I'm out of town and left my Rx at home. This pharmacy was able to help me get a week supply ready in 30 minutes despite being a complicated order. Since it was a special quantity, insurance was charging more and I was very grateful the pharmacist printed things out so I could get coupons from GoodRx. She had a smile the whole time. Easy checkout with the techs. The store itself is also really nice, clean, well stocked in cosmetics, OTC medication and snack area. Love that there's a couple of self check-outs at the front as well. I'd definitely come back to this location for a prescription! My aunt is a local and commented that she's never had any issues with this location either. read more

How quaint, they have a "photo" department. To be clear they do not sell or develop film and in fact have no idea what these mean. The rest is a typical Walgreens, better than most because not everything is locked up, clean and bright. Walgreens are never a good place for prescriptions but are usually good for vaccinations. This place often has two registers open with human cashiers. read more

The workers at Oconomowoc, Wisconsin Walgreens are very mean they do not know how to respect younger children on their bathroom is a mess, all of the items are all over the store so I do not know where to go. I asked for help they say they gotta work on the way I wait about 30 to 45 minutes for a worker to get over and I just left the store. read more

During the day do not go to this location if you want or need to be in and out. Employee's at check out are very nice but very slowwww. Forget about paying at photo as no one is ever there, and the cosmetic lady is in her own little world. Guy that works 3 shift needs a complete attitude adjustment. I have never encountered a person so rude. He didn't greet me, scanned my items, didn't tell me the total just seemed irritated I was there. Didn't even say anything when I was leaving. I was working in the area from out of town, and ran out of my blood pressure medicine. Took my bottle that said I had refills and everything on it to this Walgreens, and the pharmacist was no help at all. Said he had to call my doctor to get verification, and of course they are closed on a Sunday. This has happened to me before, and has never been an issue at any other pharmacy to get figured out. The only thing the pharmacist here had to say was that I should have thought about this before the weekend. This statement was extremely condescending, and not helpful at all. I called CVS down the road, they called my other pharmacy in Texas, and had my prescription ready in less than 30 minutes. The pharmacist here may know how to count pills, but his customer service is terrible, and he should feel bad about it. read more

My husband picked up my recurring prescription and they forgot to run it through insurance and charged our credit card $817.99 when my co-pay is only $60. I didn't realize what they had done until I checked our credit card transactions the next day. I had to go back to get a refund and the manager had the audacity to say it was our fault for not noticing the astronomical charge when it was picked it up. This isn't the first time I've had issues with them. They are consistently rude and careless! read more

Doctor sent in prescription at 9am. By 5pm it still wasn't ready, despite me calling multiple times. When I use the Walgreens in Waukesha, my prescriptions are ready within an hour. This place is the worst. read more

It isn't possible to give negative star reviews, but this Walgreens deserves just that. The technician in the drive through told me my daughter's prescription, which was requested in person three days prior (because we are well aware of the futility of trying to order it up for same day filling), was put back because we let it sit for seven days. That was a complete lie, as I explained we requested the refill on it just three days ago so her story was impossible. She then changed it up and said that it wasn't ready yet because it needed to be approved by the doctor. I asked the technician why it was taking so long and she said we would need to call the doctor to speed it up. But here is the best part...suspicious of why her story changed, I asked when the request for refill was sent to the doctor. She admitted it was, "Just now!!!" So she would have had me call the doctor's office and harass them about a refill instead of telling the truth that they failed to act upon the request we put in three days prior in a timely manner. Unprofessional! Being accountable for the mistake would have been much more respectable. Instead she was rude, first insinuating that we were responsible for the delay, then insinuating the doctor was to blame. Management needs to clean up this store's act. read more

My physician sent in a prescription refill for me on a Friday, after I had a total knee replacement. I received an email stating they were out of that medication. Two days later I called to see if they had received their delivery. I was told no, and their next medication delivery wouldn't be for 1 or 2 days. I asked if they could transfer the rx to a different walgreens and was told no again. There was no effort whatsoever to help me get the medication I needed. I will NEVER yrade here again. read more

Probably the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. Every time I go they don't have my prescription ready, even though they call me repeatedly to come pick it up. I even called on the way there to verify they had the prescription ready. They confirmed they did, waited 20 minutes in line for pick up and shocker, they didn't have it ready. If you can go to any other pharmacy I would. Officially switching ASAP. read more

I try not to go to Walgreens unless I absolutely have to as their pharmacy service is so poor, but this week I needed PCR COVID test and didn't want to drive 15 miles to my usual testing site. Sadly, things have not improved. I was met with a long line at the drive thru, a relatively big dead critter in the lane when I did finally approach the front of the line and three days later no COVID results. Not sure what good it does to know if one of COVID positive three days after one tests. Thanks for the reminder of just how awful you are Walgreens. Terrible service. Slow, not courteous or friendly. Actually overheard the customer in front of me tell the pharmacy she was back, and after waiting 45 minutes in line, she indicated it was to correct an error the pharmacy made by giving her the wrong patients prescription! Have tried this Walgreens a number of times for prescriptions and they are slow as molasses every single darn time! It doesn't matter what you are getting or when it's called in by your doctor. They seemingly don't start to process an order until you go in and ask for it, then they take their time fIlling it, making you wait up to an hour for a basic medication. Wanna try the drive through? Don't waste your time. They will tell you your Rx isn't ready and to either park & walk in, or to drive your car around to the end of the line and wait until it's your turn, a process that takes about 30 minutes because the drive through window moves so very slowly. I can't help but think there's got to be a better and more efficient way to dispense prescriptions. Come on, Walgreens, you can do better than this! read more

Incompetency in the pharmacy department is putting it lightly. Every time I've had to deal with these wankers something always goes wrong with their system and they do nothing to assure you that they are working on fixing the issue, they just keep clear from looking at their disgruntled customers in the eye and waddle away. I've had several terrible experiences here...One time I was about to reach across the counter and get my medicine and because they entered something wrong they literally dumped out my prescription and had to start over. I was then told I'd have to wait 30 minutes to refill the prescription. One that was already filled and ready! What a waste!!! Another time my husband had to wait over an hour while he was shaking from a high fever from pneumonia while whey took their sweet time. Quite possibly the worst walgreens out there. I've given them a few chances to fill prescriptions and every time they are late, flat out lose the prescription or don't fill it for unknown reasons only to make me wait even longer to get it filled. I would give them zero stars if I could. I have been so done with this walgreens and having to wait in line forever at the pharmacy. Decided to change pharmacies but they came out with this new express pass and decided to give if a try. I tried it today. Got my express pass by paying online and it said skip the line use the express pass line to check out. I get there and there is a guy in the express pass line checking out. There is a line forming for regular check out. Instead of getting in that line I wait for the express line to become free. 25 min. Later, mind you the other line was moving and I could've checked out had I just gotten in that line, the guy in the express line was still there. I ended up in the regular line waiting another 15 minutes. When I checked out I asked the clerk what the point of the express pass was and her answer was I do not know! What great service! Will be working on getting my prescriptions transferred. read more
