The lady that made my sandwich didn't speak a lot but she smiled and was pleasant, and I watched another customer badger the guy at the counter about his personal business, but he kept it respectful, though you could tell he didn't want to be apart of the convo, the customer was just oblivious to his discomfort. Parking is kinda wonky, although there are enough spaces - just not right in front. I went with a couple of friends as we were going to an O's game, and cheaper to eat here than at Camden Yard. They were pretty efficient not having to wait too long on that Saturday. I'm probably in here about once a week for dinner, typically one of their freshly made sandwiches…read morewith a hot side or soup.  Here's why I'm a very loyal fan: the bread is ALWAYS fresh.  It's a soft sub roll, never stale, never unappetizing.  The deli ingredients and toppings are usually quite fresh as well, but to me, the foundation of a good sandwich is the bread, and I don't know how they do it, but Wawa never disappoints on that level.   They are toasting sandwiches now, which is always good.  Their mac and cheese is pretty spot on for what it is.  Their soups are usually quite good, and they will gladly offer you samples of whatever you'd like.  The menu updates fairly frequently, so there might be new items that you haven't tried before.  For instance, they've been doing quesadillas for a little while now, too.   The staff are always very friendly and approachable, even after hours and up late.  We were so glad when this location opened, and on a week night when I've been at the office entirely too late, nothing says comfort food like a dinner from Wawa.  Thank you so much, gas station food bastion!  You are the example that others should follow! I wrote the three paragraphs above about 9 years ago, and I stand by it today. The only difference is, they now finish baking the bread in-store, so it's even MORE fresh than before. They've also expanded their deli offerings quite a bit, but I still come back to the standard sandwich and soup or side. I'm also nearly addicted to their brand of flavored teas, especially the diet ones. (Trying to watch the sugar intake). They almost always have them on sale 2 for $2, which is also a bargain in addition to being so tasty. Oh, and they've also started offering online ordering. Total time saver! And the guy who made it didn't put on the chipotle sauce so it was very dry to eat. I think there was about a half a teaspoon of guacamole that I paid extra for. The chicken noodle soup was mostly broth. And to add insult to injury it was 15 dollars for subpar food. It is very difficult to find workers that care. Sooo disappointed with Wawa anymore.

The new owners could care less about having a convenient neighborhood store and are more concerned about making a great deal of money at the expense of the residents in the neighborhood. Are used to go into the store occasionally just to say hi to the owners and possibly buy a simple Arizona iced tea as I don't need to shop here. With the new owners, I did this twice, and both times felt harassed by only buying a single iced tea. Combined with the fact that they sell all kinds of CBD products, The fact that they are now open 24 seven instead of closing at a reasonable time and the fact that these owners do not take a stewardship approach to their own store and parking lot, they have drawn negative attention to the neighborhood. All you have to do is look at the rash of shootings that have occurred since this store was taken over by the new owners. Quite sad.
