The worker, Ruben, said as I just told you it will be 20 minutes, and you can wait here, in the driveway, come inside, or do what ever and it will be ready in 20 minutes. His attitude was very unwelcoming and I was only clarifying the difference between waiting and leaving...and then I found a credit card to a previous customer ahead of me, and I said would you like me to send this to you. And he was very rude about taking the card, and I was only trying to be nice and kind the whole time. Just a warning that this worker is unkind, and impolite to customers.

There are times where they are filling shelves from carts full of boxes while there are carts trying to navigate crowded isles, but mid my occasional frustration, I try to think about what the shelves would look like if they were not trying to keep them stocked. We have found that employees in general and even those working in specific areas (such as produce) are helpful when we ask them questions. There could be more cashiers sometimes to reduce the lines, but it is a very crowded store.

My experience was very disconcerting. While other shifts have been pleasant, this visit on 5/8/26…read moreat 4:20 PM was hostile and promoted an unprofessional, unsafe environment. I went in to use the ATM and asked for assistance when it malfunctioned. The store manager (an older woman with highlights) immediately became dismissive, telling me to "call the ATM company." When I tried to clarify, she became defensive, stating she had "nothing to do with it." I walked away to avoid further conflict and said quietly I would let the store take care of things as they saw fit. She chose to yell after me in a petty and hostile tone in front of multiple other customers. After looking online, I realized this is a documented pattern and has happened to a ton of people. This specific manager has multiple complaints dating back over 6 months minimum regarding hostility and, more disturbingly, allegations of forbidding customers from speaking preferred languages or being hostile toward foreign accents. Both are potential civil rights violations and clear instances of discrimination. I filed a formal complaint with corporate. No customer should feel unsafe or witness discriminatory behavior in a place of business. I'd rather pay ATM fees somewhere else than go back to a store with such poorly chosen leadership. I look forward to corporate taking action to ensure this location goes back to being a professional and welcoming place for the community.

At SLC Airport, I called CVS ... to reroute the order to the CVS near my home in SoCal. I was unable to speak with someone but did leave a voice mail. (Thinking nobody at CVS would return my call). So, ready for this? Within twenty minutes, a CVS staff member returned my call ... discussed the details of the order ... and confirmed the order will be transferred immediately to the CVS in SoCal. Which it was! And that's what you call great Customer Service.

When they say a prescription has been filled, it has been filled and it's ready for me. I have never had to stand in line longer than one person in front of me and my unusual prescription that the last pharmacy could take over a week in filling has always been in stock that day. The staff are friendly. I recommend them to everyone. Also, when you call them on the phone, they usually answer right away, not in a half hour to an hour like the chain pharmacy. Bonus is the British treats they sell.

Didn't even raise my voice) to trying to get the self check clerk to figure out why the avocados wouldn't ring for 49 cents. He told me to pull out my phone and log into my account. I'm done with them. They are awful and the shelves are usually not stocked well.
