I am being forced to wait to get my pills the LAST day. That is terrifying. Please let this pharmacist know that if I do not take this medication this coming Tuesday, bad things will happen. I will not be able to go to WORK for one, and secondly, I will have so much anxiety and fear I could what end up in an emergency room...it's never happened PLEASE ALLOW ME TO PICK UP MY PRESCIPTION A FEW DAYS BEFORE IT RUNS OUT MEXT TIME. Horrid customer service at the pharmacy. Tried to call the pharmacy to see if my doctor office sent over the pharmacy order. I was sent to a robo call automation and the robot could not find my order. Then I was transferred to a waiting queue. I waited over an hour with a supposed 1 person ahead of me. Zero stars if I could. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. Staff definitely does not want to be there. Employee Crystal seemed miserable, definitely not someone you would want dealing with customers. Both drive thru lines were open, yet there were no signs indicating only one lane was open. Pharmacy manager Marlein was unhelpful even though I explained I had been waiting and Crystal clearly saw me waiting on the other side and pretty much ignored me even though the client after me tried telling her I was next. I had to go inside the store to wait another hour. There were so many unhappy clients waiting inside. These businesses and staff need to remember clients keeps their doors open and should have better customer service skills. I will never come back to this pharmacy. Made appt for vaccine. Arrived 15 min prior as requested. Waiting now 45 min still no service. Place is a mess at 9 am in the morning. Trash, dirty privacy screen, dirty floor, sanitation wipes empty. Staff seems to be under trained needing help for every entry into computer. Do not recommend. read more

I had a vaccination appointment. I arrived about 30 minutes prior, but there were several people waiting, resulting in a backlog. Also, the room where the vaccination occurred appeared to be used for storage and seemed unclean. Will be going elsewhere for future vaccinations. read more

This pharmacy is ridiculous i went to urgent care in the morning and dr said medication will be ready in about an hour mind you this was at 12:00 pm i went about my day i went to pharmacy at 6:30pm just for them to say "its not ready we are really busy and haven't started it" and thats when i tell her "hey ive been waiting for 5 hours and i haven't been able to eat all day bcus i dont have my medication" she then tells me "we can put a phone number down that way youll get a text when its ready" i did..... Pharmacy: I waited an a hour for a pre book appointment. Apparently their online check in system is broken but they still don't fix it or take down the "online check in" sign. I don't like the pharmacist who work here. She is very dismissive. I needed help and gotten no help from her at the consultation window. I think the feeling is mutual. read more

Put in for a refill for a medication I take twice a month. I then got a text that it is not in stock but should be back in stock i a few days. After a week not hearing from Walgreens I called and they told me a few more days. When another week went by I called and they told me that it would be in in a few more days. Ok, after a few more days I called and they told me that they were having trouble getting my medication hang in there and we will get back to you. This went on for a month and a half. I finally got ahold of someone over there on Sunday and they told me that they have not been able to get the medication. I called Costco and they had it in stock. I called my doctor who sent a new prescription and the next day I got it from Costco. The people at Costclo are plesant, and helpful, appolagise for making me wait 1 minute, and had my medication in stock. I think Walgreens couldn't do eniough to get me back into their store. If you don't have a membership at Costco I recomend getting one it is worth it. read more

I used to go to this store's pharmacy for its prompt and efficient service. No more. It is now characterized by long lines, interminable wait times on the telephone, and rude employees. Vaccine appointments are way late. I was told that the problem is in the corporate management, as store supervisors can do nothing. Please do not go to this pharmacy to get your prescriptions filled. Go somewhere else. I had a pending prescription and on the portal said to call the store. I called and been on hold for 2 hours and then someone hung up. I called again and placed on hold for 1 hour then someone hung up again. When I try to transfer my prescriptions from this pharmacy to Amazon Pharmacy they couldn't even reach them as well. When I come physically to the store their isn't a line and I can't understand why they couldn't take my call. I know they open at 10AM on Sunday so I waited to call at 10:02AM and was put on hold and no one answered. The clerk told the people that their is on 2 people working and that they are not going to stop what they are doing to make an a call for a customer. By the time they got to me they said how did I place my prescription I said through the browser. Then they told me I have to do it through the app. No I work in IT I can see the order went through both ways the browser and the application. I know they can see the order on their side. I even spoke to the Walgreen chat on the browser and they told me the issue was that it was too soon to fill but the local pharmacy did not designate a day of when I can refill it. I really liked the Walgreens Pharmacy at 481 S Ventura Rd, but that got closed down I wish it hadn't. They had great customer service and everytime I come in person they remember me by name. read more

Despite having an appointment, and nobody else being there, I waited 30minutes as the pharmacist and his tech ignored me. I was coming in for vaccines. Don't know if it was a racial thing or they just hate any customer. I stood there patiently and quietly as they walked right past me time and time again. It took almost 15 minutes to get even acknowledged and checked in, and then I gave up on waiting for the pharmacist who had no intention of getting my vaccines ready after another 15 minutes. Two days in a row I've done standard print pickup here and on both occasions, despite coming in 2 hours after the given pickup time, my photos have not been printed/ready. The pharmacy tech had a terrible attitude when I inquired about the free Covid tests offered by Medicare. She "didn't have time" to charge it to Medicare" as that would take "a doctors order (not true) and 30 minutes... "but I could sell you one" she says, scowling and holding up the Binax test. Granted this was 5:45 pm on a Sunday, and the tech is probably overworked, but wow. She couldn't / wouldn't help the woman in front of me either. DO NOT USE IF YOU NEED RELIABLE FAST COVID RESULTS. My 6 year old son and I took our COVID test Friday afternoon. We were flying to Hawaii Monday afternoon and needed results to be able to skip quarantine in Hawaii. Tests didn't show up Monday so the Maui airport said we could quarantine until the results showed up. We quarantined for 72 HOURS IN HAWAII at my brothers small apartment. And the results STILL DIDNT SHOW UP. We wasted hundreds of dollars and our precious time on this "vacation" in Hawaii. So we just quarantined and couldn't handle it anymore and took a flight back home the following Thursday... 7 days and STILL no results!? This is unacceptable and you should not say your test results are available within 2-3 days if you can't deliver! Such a disappointment. This was my last time to spend quality time with my son before I deploy for 6 months and it's heartbreaking we didn't get to have a good time because Walgreens couldn't deliver. read more
