Walgreen is a very well run store. Clean, well stocked, well staffed, etc. I particularly want to recognize a customer service representative working at the front on 3/16 around 2 pm. Doesn't matter what I'm looking for at this Walgreens, they NEVER have it. I loyaly buy Cacharel Anais Anais...they don't have it; I buy Garnier Whole Blends Honey Treasures Leave-In Miracle Nectar Treatment...they don't have it; I buy Jolen Creme Bleach...they don't have it. I don't like to shop, I like to use the products that I've always used. And honestly, this Walgreens doesn't have the traction of shoppers in the beauty department that South Florida has but I can see why. read more

Horrible customer service at best in the Pharmacy here. I have given this Pharmacy my business out my basic lack of wanting to change and in return I have had maybe 3 great experiences. The pharmacy folks seem to think they can make the decision to fill a prescription based on their recommendation that they don't like what your prescribed , because they have all the verification to fill my prescription yet still send me on a wild goose chase from their staff to my provider is always confused why there is an issue as she sees me approved and I have been paying to receive my health care and medication refills so why are they deciding when the script is to be refilled they aren't going to do it. Really is so hard to get your medical attention taken care of and now a road block at the Pharmacy too. HORRIBLE. I think best decision is a change to a new Pharmacy. read more

I had a rather large online order that required refrigeration. The employees were very careful to keep it in the cooler section until I drove up and then virtually met me at the door with my packages. Easy Peasy! read more

The cashier kimi was rude to me when I came in yesterday. She took a long time to go to the register so I had to wait for her and then she barely talked and slammed my items into bags. I've never had any issues with this store before but now I'll be shopping at Cvs. This was completely unacceptable. read more

The skinny cashier always overshares and is creepy. Ruins the whole experience and everything is over priced.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! My two-year-old had strep so her medicine got electronically sent to Walgreens, first we get there and she tells us her insurance is no longer valid.... I just used it and it's brand-new so I know it's valid. I told her just let me pay for the medicine because I needed it. She said sure it'll be just a couple minutes I will call you uo when it's ready. After THIRTY MINUTES of sitting there with an irritable sick child, I go back up to the counter to ask if it's ready and she said "oh yeah". THEN they give me the wrong medicine, which were supposed to be in pill form not liquid so I questioned her about it. And she says "well I would have to look at the prescription and see"..... Did you not look at it before?!?!?! So disappointed in Walgreens, they used to be the best pharmacy in town! Won't be going back there again! read more
