Very much a one stop shop. Lots of good looking food items as well as just about anything else you'd want, including a TV, baseball cards, Halloween decorations or a grill! I didn't explore the entire place, but the only thing that it seemed to lack versus a Fred Meyer was a furniture section. To be fair though, it's rare that I need a lounge chair and pico de gallo in the same trip. The prices were fair and the people were nice. Worth the stop in!

Parking was not bad during a weekday and there was minor debris but not terrible. It's a Walmart so lots of parking. No greeting walking in but there was an employee at the door. That's disappointing. I needed to get around a half dozen items from the grocery side and was in a hurry. The store seemed clean enough. I found the grocery area organized and well stocked. To me that earns 3 star for just that. The service was the bonus when I did ask a clerk a question. I avoided the self checkout which I despise and had a cashier that was both efficient and friendly enough. I would return, but do recommend looking at other reviews. YIKES! A 3 seems to fit my visit perfectly.

Signed up at CVS online for a flu shot appointment at 11:30. Was able to check in on cell upon…read morearriving at this Target CVS at 11:20 and went to the Pharmacy counter at 11:25. My advice is to not count on the appt times - they were taking walk-ins too, so there was a long wait. The clinician who gave the shots was so nice and cleaned the chair thoroughly between patients. It was nice that this location administers the shot in the open aisle of the store vs having to go into an enclosed possible germy clinic room.

This will be my first and last time visiting this pharmacy. I was able to figure out what was needed by calling my insurance, but that required a call by the pharmacy to my carrier. The pharmacist told me she'd call when she got a minute, but after over 7 hours... my prescription is still not filled. I'm exhausted, not feeling well, total nightmare.

She unilaterally made this decision, apparently under the mistaken belief that I was "drug seeking". She did not bother to call the prescribing surgeon. She was adamant and unreasonable. No amount of rational discussion was persuasive. If humiliation was her goal, she succeeded. So, I went to another nearby pharmacy that willingly filled it without the smug condescension and not-so-subtle accusation. The legal support (in Indiana) for this kind of blunt refusal is somewhat ambiguous, though it seems reasonable to expect that a trained pharmacist would at least contact the prescriber with any legitimate medical concerns. Note to CVS: Absent 6-12 years worth of medical school + residency + fellowship(s) + board licensure(s), a person with a Pharm.D is not a physician. I no longer do business at this pharmacy.
