Mind you, the substitute products (2) only retailed for a total of approx $9.00. $5.99 x2 BUT these items were actually buy one get 50% off. The advent calendar was over $24.99. Thankfully, an honest and also embarrassed employee explained that the manager will NOT update the website that they are indeed sold out of that advent calendar. Instead, the manager has instructed the employees to "substitute" the Advent calendar with the replacement items instead and place in bag for customer pick up (mind you, we already ordered for pickup online AND paid for the product online b/c Avon CVS showed it was available!) Obviously, this was infuriating and ILLEGAL! The poor employee was so apologetic and stated she couldn't challenge the manager and just had to do what they were directed but that they knew it was wrong to do business this way. The manager wont update the website this type of advent calendar was not available. I applaud the employee that was honest and we will be filing a complaint with Corporate about this manager so that this employee doesnt experience retribution from a manager that is obviously crooked and Corporate needs to be aware to watch for any other criminal or fraudulent actions within this store.

I am reviewing a shopping experience that took place in the beginning of January. I was on the lookout for long sleeve shirts primarily. Having lost of weight recently I find myself having to replace my entire wardrobe down a full size. But it takes time with limited financial resources. I came across a rack of grey wool cardigan sweaters with those really wide collars. I waited to write this review because I wanted to see how the sweater worked out. It gets cold in my house when the temperature drops and I don't want to raise the thermostat for cold snaps. So this sweater has really worked well for me to slip on when I get cold. And I can keep it on when I put on an insulated jacket to go outside to feed the cats. The only con is there are no pockets.

My advice is to not count on the appt times - they were taking walk-ins too, so there was a long wait. The clinician who gave the shots was so nice and cleaned the chair thoroughly between patients. It was nice that this location administers the shot in the open aisle of the store vs having to go into an enclosed possible germy clinic room.

I had to go back and have another person verify my receipt while the door greeter held my $12 lotion hostage. They verified I paid for it while my five year old held my hand and said she was scared and my two year old was screaming in his seat. No one even apologized when they verified I had paid for this stupid lotion. These are people I have had multiple interactions with and they were so sure I stole a lotion. I will not shop here again.

I had scanned a bottle of wine and needed him to approve the purchase, no big deal but he ignored me for a few minutes. I looked at him, we made eye contact but he continued to have a personal conversation with a coworker. I stood there ticked off but patiently waited for him to come over. He, instead went to another register to help someone else. I stood there long enough for the computer to ask me "do you wish to continue?". If there would've been multiple people needing help I would've understood but after making eye contact I looked around and at that time I was the only one needing assistance. When he finally came over he didn't say a word to me. This was the second interaction I've had with that guy and he was rude both times.
