So the pharmacist at this location with the red hair is just simply rude. I went into this location to speak with a pharmacist in person to resolve an issue I had with a prescription since the phone call I had earlier and the app didn't make sense. She seemed simply bothered by me asking a question and trying to get my prescription resolved. She said I was over talking her and then said we both can't talk at the same time.l with a smug look on her face. She didn't give me a chance to finish. I at that point just asked when another pharmacist would be in and she said tomorrow morning and I said I will come back and speak to someone else. As I was leaving she yelled out Do you want me to hold this other prescription or not. I simply kept walking. Social skills I guess is something she perhaps didn't learn in her formative years. I go to this Walgreens on Preston every once in a blue moon to deposit cash to either my Cash app card or my Chime account. This is a feature Walgreens is supposed to offer. Every time I go to this Walgreens though, none of the managers on duty are familiar with the process and have the nerve to treat me rudely just for coming in and using a service they offer. I will be contacting Chime and Cash App and letting them know management at this location is refusing to honor their agreement. read more

I regularly have trouble with Walgreens filling my prescription. Recently I requested a refill of a prescription that normally costs $0.95. They charged me $873.99 because they didn't bother to submit to insurance to cover the cost. I called and was literally transferred 9 times only to have the final contact tell me that they had to submit a "ticket." Now my only recourse will be to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Flat out Walgreens sucks. They have lost my business forever. read more

picked up a prescription that was supposed to have 20 pills, went home and counted only 12 drove all the way back to have them fix it, claimed they "double counted" and everything only to get home again and only count 18 insisted over the phone that i was mistaken and said they would count in front of me in the store to prove it, lo and behold there were only 18! i'm not an idiot basically had to make 3 trips to and from my house to this location for the dumbest mistake... how do you do that TWICE. read more

This is the closest Walgreens to me so I have to use them due to convenience but the pharmacists are always so rude. Not to mention there's always a problem with my prescription being filled. This Walgreens stands out above the rest of the wonderful Walgreens in this area. From the greeter near the front door to the pharmacist and assistants, everyone is so friendly. All of employees are helpful & seem to be happy working there. The pharmacy has an especially great/wonderful/efficient team. They are friendly and concerned about making sure you have everything you need. They seem to know many customers by name & really care about customers. Just wanted to tell everyone about my pleasant experience here at this Walgreens. I was very pleased with they way they handled all my questions and how quickly they filled my prescription. I now love to wait while they fill my meds. I can shop in Walgreens while I wait. The wait time is less than 10 mins. They conveniently call you when it's ready. How cool! Pharmacy staff incompetent and service is slow. Order never ready when promised and you will get stuck in drive thru with no way of getting out only for them to tell you that your order isn't ready or that they can't find it. This is not the brightest store by dar! read more

Came in with a swollen face and a infected tooth. Not the best of days. There was a line. But the pharmacy staff really was so wonderful. You could tell that things were getting busy but they were so proactive in juggling every single customer. I think my total for my prescriptions came out to be about $75 dollars. One of the staff members noticed and remembered a discount going on and applied it right away for me. It was super sweet and very much appreciated. They were a wonderful team and can't believe what amazing service the provided given the rush of people. read more

I just have to say this Walgreens store is really great. I just moved to this area and this is the closest pharmacy to me, right around the corner. I am so pleased about this fact after experiencing great customer service here. Having just moved and dealing with nothing but headaches from the cable company, internet service providers, and what feels like everyone else, I am reminded that customer service is so spotty these days- and in some places nonexistent. Dealing with this pharmacy was a nice welcome break from all of that. I'm new at my job, and with my benefits, my medical insurance company was quite slow at getting me in their system. (Another sad example of customer service). So, *of course* I had a problem when I presented an Rx here. The Walgreens pharmacy staff placed numerous calls to the company and to me, letting me know their progress / status. I was impressed with how they followed up on the matter, instead of ignoring the issue or leaving me to wonder, like I've experienced before. They took the care to notify me when it finally went though, and everyone I've dealt with here has been nothing but pleasant and professional. Their service was very personalized, and what a glaring contrast between them and my last pharmacy, which reminded me of being at the DMV. Often, people only report bad experiences with customer service, but I think it's just as important to report the good ones. There are those that actually deserve our business and others should know about them too :) Now, if only I could have this kind of experience with an internet provider... ...Yeah, right. read more

My husband and I came to get our passport photos taken, and the girl was FANTASTIC! She was super friendly and knowledge, and she took two photos so we could choose which one we liked best. I always dread getting license and passport photos taken, because the photographer never seems to care if you look awful and have to carry that awful photo with you for 10 years. I just waited in their drive through line for over 30 minutes and there were only 3 cars in front if me. While waiting, I called numerous times trying to see if they even had what I needed. I was on hold for over 10 minutes. Frustrated, I hung up and called again and spoke to someone in CS. She connected me to the pharmacy and after 3 minutes. The guy I spoke with was not friendly and told me to wait until he saw the prescription. So frustrating!! read more

After being a customer at Walgreens for 2 years we are now moving our business to another pharmacy. Today I experienced, for the second time in a year a pharmacist who refused to provide me with a doctor's prescribed medication because the 90 day mail order prescription from another provider would overlap, in spite of the fact that I was out of medication and mail order takes weeks to receive. The pharmacist who would barely lift his head to address me mumbled something unintelligible to me and then offered me two or three tablets instead of the complete prescription. I am now moving to CVS. Poor customer diplomacy and poor execution to supplying the customer with what they need. I find Walgreens on Preston as unreliable in a business that people need to know they are there for them. read more

I have been using Walgreens for 1 year now. They have always took a very good amount of time getting prescriptions ready. Usually I'll go to the doctor's office and tell them what is wrong, and if I need a prescription My mom and I will go by and pick it up. We are usually in and out in 10-15 minutes. While you're waiting you can do a little shopping. They even have a wall dedicated to travel supplies like 3 oz . bottles of shampoo, small cans of axe spray, travel wipes, and much much more! I recommend this Walgreens a lot! :) read more
