I came to this Walgreens to drop off FedEx packages, and my experience was completely unacceptable. First, the employee made me wait while she scanned an entire shelf of items. After that, with a rude and dismissive attitude, she told me they weren't accepting any more packages. When I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed there wasn't one and that she was in charge. When I asked for her name, she refused to give the name and said her name was Walgreen? ?? she again insisted she was the manager. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from someone who claims to be a manager. Walgreens should take immediate action to address this situation, as this employee's attitude and lack of customer service reflect poorly on the store. read more

My local Walgreens for when we need batteries, lotion, face cream, shampoo, Halloween candy, wrapping paper, birthday cards, anything that didn't quite make it on a regular shopping list. The staff is helpful and friendly. We like the pharmacy for our prescriptions and vaccinations. The drive up window is convenient for picking up medications. They have a new Health Corner open now that gives blood pressure checks, blood sugar checks, and other services for people who want to stay on top of their health. You might have to check if your insurance covers those services. read more

This Walgreens is terrible. Came for some quick print out 5 pictures that said to pick up at 8:30 got to Walgreens at 8:50 and they already had their doors closed and locked up when they close at 9. Had 3 whole people standing outside and the girl inside literally just let the customer out and didn't want to acknowledge us at all not even to let us know what's going on. Finally some guy came out and let us in but said he was only going to give us until 9:00 and literally spend more time outside then we did inside. Also no one has their name badges on and when asked the girl said "I don't have to fucking tell you" and walked away. And the guy just never told us and just ignored us. Horrible service I swear and I worked at a Walgreens before. read more

Today was the worst ever service at Walgreens. First they told me that I had to wait a month for a refill. They were wrong. Then when I called they had me on hold for 25 minutes and the rude tech told me I had to wait 2 hours after they told me earlier when I ordered on the phone. Long story short I 'm transferring all my prescriptions and my Mom's to another pharmacy. I put one star to post review so others can avoid this place. read more

TERRIBLE WALGREEN. My friend had to use bathroom, like emergency. We went to the bathroom and the employee WALKS IN on a female. There was NO SIGNS, no nothing. She UNLOCKS the door on a CUSTOMER. She yells at us for using the bathroom, when it's a PUBLIC bathroom. She said it's closed and accused us of breaking into the bathroom. She yelled at my friend as she's in the bathroom and said GET OUT. So rude and unprofessional. You cannot walk in on a customer using the restroom. To top it all off they kicked us out for using a public restroom.... This all happened May 14th around 9-10pm. read more

I Come Here All The Time To Pick Up Prescriptions For My Mom. I Have Found That Going Thru The Prescriptions Drive-Thru Is Faster Than Going Thru The Store. The Pharmacy Techs Don't Pay Attention To Who I:s Waiting At The Pharmacy Counter And When You Try To Get Their Attention They Tell You In A Moment And Forget About You. They Tend To Walk Away From The Area Forgetting There Is a Line Of People Waiting To Fill Their Prescriptions. Every Time I've Gone Thru The Drive Thru They Know You're There And Help You Quickly And Efficiently. The People that Work In The Store Are Clueless And Wander Around Aimlessly Trying To Look Busy. The Few Times I Have Asked For Help In Locating Something They Actually Do Try To Help You, Even Though They've Asked A Couple Of Other Employees Before They Can Find Something. And No I Don't Ask For Ridiculous Things, Just Where To Find A & D Cream And Refills For A Vaporizer. Updated review this place has gone way down hill fast. It smells awful outside, there is multiple dangerous panhandlers who follow you to the car and harass, there is prostitution being done in vehicles, the restroom is not clean and used by homeless and Hookers: Now about the people working there....I've always been pleased and treated respectfully until two weeks ago I took my niece in with me to print photos and at the photo area was a girl and guy working on August 3rd to be exact before noon and they were Having a private conversation very publicly and she used the F word multiples times perhaps more than 5 before I stepped in and said umm excuse me do you see s child here please conduct Yourself in a professional manner and be respectful of other people's children. She turned to me And said oh didn't realize it bothered you....hmmm ok pretty Sure that it's common knowledge that you don't speak that way when working with the general public,customers or in the presence of children. She then turned around and rolled her eyes and continued using the same vulgar words when describing how annoyed and irritated she gets with people like me to the other male that she was working with. There was no apology given nor did she start speaking the way she .was speaking. It is not the responsibility of this company or this girl to fill a child's ears with such filthy words nor is it a professional way to conduct yourself in your place of employment. read more

Did their prices go up? Even for basic stuff like toothpaste and shampoo you will spend between 5-10 dollars per item. A pack of elastic hair ties is $4.00. That's insane. And why do they require your name, address, phone number, and a drivers license for a store credit? It's completely unnecessary to ask for that much personal information from your customers. Who knows what they're doing with that data, I just find it creepy and invasive. I'll stick with CVS. Their return process is way less complicated, they offer Extra Bucks rewards, and the prices are a little lower. read more

I called the store who directed me to the corporate number and a request for a refund was submitted only to hear that I had to call the stores directly, again, for a refund. I never received my refund. Do Not Shop Online!! Why offer a service if no one seems to know how it works or who to contact if you have a problem. read more

This is my go to drug store and has been for the past 4 years. Not only because it's conveniently located by the 10 freeway and my school but it's because their pharmacy works efficiently to refill orders and I always have my meds on time. They also offer a Walgreens card for 20 bucks and that gives you massive discounts on you meds and as you accumulate points you get cash rewards. With this reward card my medications are the cheapest at Walgreen, and trust me on this because I have been shopping around. They also have a large private parking lot that always has plenty of spaces available for customers. I really recommend this Walgreens location. read more

I had a prescription that was sent over by my dentist right here in Pomona..I called a total of eight times to inquire about the cost of the prescription.. every time I called the pharmacy I had to hold for about 3-5 minutes.. twice the phone over there rang & rang.. in the middle of the day & no one bothered to answer.. I finally demanded to speak with the lead shift employee & told her to transfer ALL of my prescriptions to CVS on Garey & Willow in Pomona.. Worst customer service ever, I went in trying to buy some cologne in the morning when they was no other customers there and be in and out quick. I went to the girl upfront at the checkstand and asked if I could get help over there for a quick minute since they're locked behind a glass case and she said there will be someone there shortly. So I waited and waited and waited for about 20 minutes and then I went back over to her and was told the same thing and so I went back and waited another 10 minutes only for no one to arrive. read more

Decent customer service. However, prices are quite high, as compared to Walmart, Target and Winco. Has a variety of items, including "As seen on TV" products. Great if you want to just run in, purchase and run out. Extremely high prices for medications. read more

The pharmacy is super slow and doesn't have prescriptions ready when promised. The staff doesn't care and the move like turtles with no sense of urgency. I had to suffer additional hours without my medication because of their incompetence. And they are full of excuses like... we are ALWAYS short staffed. WTF? read more

And I had to interrupt some chatty associates to get help - nobody bothered to ask me if I needed help, or if I found what I was looking for when I checked out.
