Finally I tossed the gift card at the register and scanned myself out. Never again will I go to this mess of a store. They're a disaster. Even for a CVS they're a disaster and that's saying something. My greatest joy with CVS is that I don't have to use them for prescriptions anymore. My ins switched to Publix on Toledo Blade. Night and day difference.

Usually the cause, nine times out of10, is our insurance does not have the medicine in their formulary, or maybe another situation with the insurance company. Walgreen's sends us a text that our prescription will be delayed. We know they have it in stock. They check before we leave the prescription! If the insurance is the problem, we ask what is the cost if we pay cash. Sometimes we call our insurance company to find out the problem. Finally, my husband had enough of the run around every time with prescriptions, month after month and asked to speak with a manager. After proving, yes proving he was in the right the manager said to take our business else where. We did. And have had no issues the last 2,months and we are treated with respect and friendliness at CVS. We could not take the abuse, yes verbal abuse and lies about not having our prescriptions and no one called it in over and over. I'm not telling all here but, you get the picture hopefully and go to CVS instead of this run around for no reason that we can think of except not liking the 60+ ages. We are not all grumpy anymore than the younger.
