The absolute worst pharmacy and store. With Rite Aid closing, our prescriptions were moved here and it's always a headache.

Didn't let me return my product that didn't work even though he said I could!!! I am very disappointed and am not impressed.

Sadly, the pharmacy at this location leaves much to be desired. Not once have I gone to the counter, and the entire staff didn't seem to be completely overwhelmed & full of excuses. They always appear to be confused, rushed, & disorganized...all while being overly concerned with personal conversations, instead of moving customers through the pickup process efficiently. As for trying to get through to the pharmacy over the phone...make sure you carve out at least a half hour. Additionally...perhaps the staff should stagger their lunch breaks, instead of taking a large chunk out of the middle of the day to close up shop. I find it hard to believe a corporation such as Walgreens allows such mediocre service at one of their locations. If you're new to the area, and you value efficiency & good customer service...my suggestion is to look elsewhere. read more

I will never patronize a Walgreens again. They notified me my prescription was ready and when I showed up to pick it up they told me the pharmacy was closed for a half an hour; I had a medical procedure and I needed the medicine and no one would accommodate me told me I had to come back later which in turn had to cancel my medical procedure because lack of customer service mostly lazy employees read more

They are very nice in person, but I've spent more the an hour on hold calling the pharmacy , numerous times. Only to drive there to find about 2 people waiting on the pharmacy line ? I'm convinced that they don't have a phone. An unfortunate sign of the times. Yet unacceptable. read more

A heads up if your going in for anything but a flu shot your okay. People are there ready to help. But if your going in for a flu shot you can not go in from 1 to 2 because they're on their lunch break. I don't get that though why is everyone ready to help in their "lunch break" but can't administer a shot during that time. It might make sense to stagger lunch breaks so you can have a real lunch break and things stay in motion. So dumb. This is easily corrected and your employees can have a proper lunch break. read more

hi i'm only here to comment on an employee. stopped in late night to buy a quick pack of candy and get some cash back for ice cream. store was clean and my cashier Rick was so lovely. Had my boyfriend and I cracking up. Being that both my boyfriend and I work in the service industry we both always make note of when customers service is great. It's always such a nice feeling to be greeted with a smile (even if it's underneath a mask) and make a conversation, especially since times are less than exemplary at the moment. Human interaction is so important. Rick made our night!! Hope he can get a pat on the back for this because he deserves it for his kindness! read more

Had gone there for a covid vaccine shot for my daughter, the pharmacist who injected her was horrible!! She put in the needle in the arm and left it there while looking for a bandaid. My daughter's arm was in such pain. Never going there ever again. read more

The people that work here are so rude and unhelpful. This is by far the worst drugstore because of that.

The other review was a angry Karen but this walgreens is the best. It has the world greatest service.

I strongly recommend you to choose another pharmacy. They really often don't receive prescription. I thought they had some trouble, but this happened a lot. read more
