It is extremely OVERWHELMING because they have SO MANY different products. If you don't know what you're looking for, you will be there forever. I walked around that store today for over an hour & I couldn't find what I was looking for. They made me feel like a criminal from the time I entered the store until I left- although I was there to patronize their business.
