This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The waiting area is completely empty and I have had a fever for 5 days and have been waiting for over 35 minutes for the pharmacist to tell me "I'm sorry I completely forgot about you". They have terrible customer service and do not answer the phone. I have to drive there to ask for them to refill my prescription and then come back hours later when it's ready for me to pick up. They are never nice or accommodating and treat you like they are too busy for you when you're the only one there. Do not recommend. read more

The pharmacy at this ride aid is horrible. My doctor called in a prescription this morning. I went to pick it up and the pharmacist said he had not listened to his messages. I waited 20 minutes and watched him take multiple phone calls and help other customers. I went back to the counter and asked him if he had checked his messages and he said he had not and would not. They Believe that customers are to be put down and managed, and do not believe their job is to service the customers. They have a terrible attitude there. You get far better service at the DMV. Have your doctor call your prescriptions anywhere other than this Rite Aid. While there, I watched multiple customers get turned away and treated poorly. It's as if they enjoy treating people poorly. read more

This used to be kind of a low-end Rite Aid facing the ChikFilA drive-thru. They moved around to the other side of the building and have a new/nicer facade. Parking is a bit tricky at peak times, but it is so nice to go somewhere clean/new/well organized. And they have beauty product lines I've never seen in a Rite Aid in addition to the standard fare. Not quite Sephora, but it's a definite beauty regimen upgrade option! read more

It is truly a shock that this Rite Aid is still in business. For something based around a pharmacy, it is next to impossible to get any prescription filled without waiting in-excess of 45 mins each visit, after submitting in hours earlier. Based on the pharmacy counter which looks like the aftermath of a hurricane, it is a miracle when they are able to actually find your prescription basket. read more

I have been here a few times over the past few years and I always find something to buy, usually because they have items I need on sale. I can't always find THE item I need on sale, but it's fun to play the game to see if I may win. read more

Pharmacist Patel makes my Rite Aid experience unpleasant. I've been going to this pharmacy for 10 years and it might be time to move on. I just liked the convenience of being able to walk to my local pharmacy and they have good sales at times. One bad apple could change that though. read more

I was recently sucked into the black hole that is Rite Aid Cameron Village's drive thru pharmacy. 30 minutes later, trapped between cars and a curb, I exited through the mulch, still without ever reaching the window. I know I'll never get that half hour of my life back, but perhaps I can spare you the same fate. Buyers beware. read more

Absolutely ridiculous wait times on line almost every time I visit even when it's less than two or three people waiting, but frequently it's several people waiting for far too long to check out a handful of items. Never ever go here. I came back because the Walgreens I go to is terrible. I used to come here on a regular basis but no they are terrible also. The lines are very long and the pharmacy could not find my medicine both times I went. I had to be very insistent to get them to check again and then they found it. I am now looking again for a new pharmacy. Maybe Target? Just do not waste your time here. read more

I switched to this pharmacy as soon as they opened the new store. I have had a problem nearly every time I've ever gotten a prescription filled there. I gave it several months thinking that they just needed to get their new staff organized and trained but it has never improved. read more

Seems there is always an issue with my call-in prescriptions and refills and they never communicate with me until I come to pick it up and wait in the slowest line ever and get to the counter. Then I end up having to come back anyway. The counter people are always baffled, maybe poorly trained. I've been coming here for years because it's so close. Now with Chick-Fil-A, parking can be hard to boot. I will look for an alternative if things don't improve with the merger/renovations. read more

Hands down the worst pharmacy experience. And I'm not just talking about a one time thing. It is like this every single time I am here. The line is always insanely long to pickup and drop off prescriptions. Majority of the time they are not ready for pickup, even with days/ hours notice, after waiting in the long line for checkout. The text service is also not reliable. First step, they need more help at the pharmacy checkout. Clearly two people are not able to handle the 10-15 person line building to checkout. You are probably wondering why I have given them so many chances... Convenience I think. But after waiting 30 min in a line of 4ppl and one cashier to checkout today, I just picked up my last prescription and won't be coming back! read more

Pharmacist Patel was very rude and condescending. He was not willing to help me with my question and told me to try another store! I have never been treated this way at any pharmacy. I will never go back to this rite aid nor will any of my friends and family. I have also spoken with my doctors, who were surprised and disappointed. My doctors and the nurse stated that they have heard this before and will not send patients there anymore either. read more
