Not Mexican Friendly, personal experience but the cashier had the biggest smile and great service up until I got to the register with my Mexico hoodie.. he did not once look up, say my total, or anything of the sort, but was really friendly with the middle aged white woman that was right in front of me. The worst pharmacy service that I've seen, ever. I only go here because it's the close to me. My wife keeps telling me to use CVS, it's time to switch to a more reliable pharmacy with better service and good customer skills. My issues with this Walgreens has gone for far too long, years. Seems every time I go the lines are always long and there Pharmacy techs are always different, employee turnover. I spent 45 minutes yesterday at the drive through, there were only 3 cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the window then it was another 5 minutes before someone came to the window. The young Asian tech asked me for birthdate, remember this. He the said I'll be right back with your prescription, yeah! I decided to time them and waited about 5 minutes and pushed the call button, no reply for another 5 minutes. Don't tell me you'll be right back when you won't be right back. If you're busy tell me, I'll be okay with that. Learn some customer skills, let people know that it's really busy so that the customer isn't just sitting there waiting not knowing what's going on. I've also experienced a tech asking me for my birthdate and not confirming my address. I work in the medical industry and work with pharmacy's, so I know what they're supposed to ask to confirm that the correct meds are being given to the right person. I have also gone inside thinking things might be better, wrong. I keep giving these people the benefit of the doubt, constantly being disappointed. I can go on and on about various bad experiences here, but I've rambled enough. Made my mind up, done with Walgreens, as soon as I can I'm changing pharmacy's the closest CVS. My wife used to go here for my mother in laws meds. She was happy with the service. read more

I get so annoyed with the store. 10 years ago it was one of the most awesome things to have opened up near us. I was here a lot and they have great deals. Now there's a line 10 people long almost every time I walk in. This time I see no line I go up to check out and I can't because it's cash only? But I just paid for my photos with a credit card. SLOWEST PHARMACY literally waited in the drive thru close to 35 mins and couldn't even get out because there was 3 cars behind me they were just chatting it up in there even after I pushed the button one of the workers had my medicine on the counter waiting for the pharmacist to explain the medication and he was just there on his cell phone laughing until we made I contact he came over and explained the medication when I asked a question he said "I don't know" and when I asked something else he said "I'm not sure" which makes me nervous to even take the medication read more

While this Walgreens always have the prescriptions that is needed, their services is less than stellar. I booked an appointment for a vaccine booster. When we checked in, we had to wait an hour before getting the shot. Why? The person who delivers the skits isn't scheduled to work until after a hour of the original booking. Would give this pharmacy no stars if I could. They are always out of medications and they take forever to fill. The employees couldn't care less about their job and aren't very customer friendly. I've especially had bad experience with a younger male employer who has dark hair with bangs that almost cover his face. On multiple occasions he's been rude and seemingly careless. The area around the pharmacy is also dirty and unkept, literal dust on the floor. We've tried giving this place so many chances and we've finally had to switch to another pharmacy. read more

I'm a long time customer of Walgreens. All my RXs are at Walgreens for at least 20years. This is the worst one I've been to. Pharmacist is so rude. I just moved to the area from Eastvale, only 20 mins away and that Walgreens was so nice. I do have a RX that is controlled but I've been on this medication for years and it's in my records, yet the pharmacist gives me such a suspicious attitude without cause EVERY time I've gone in. RUDE pharmacy staff. My husband went to the store this morning and noticed two staff members of the pharmacy department treating a costumer very poorly. Robin (we have been assisted by her before) and another attendant were raising their voice at the costumer. Worst service and the longest wait we've ever had to endure for a vaccine. The guy behind the counter younger asian guy was terrible. Very slow, didn't know how to work the computer, when we asked what Walgreens carried a vaccine that they apparently don't offer at that one specific Walgreens he responded with "I don't know". So apparently Walgreens systems aren't connected or they're just too lazy to look it up. Pretty sure it's the latter. It's not understaffed, it is lazy staff, no boss to take control, there were people waiting that looked so dead inside. Not one smile in the entire room. Everyone was furious. They would call names and literally whisper them through the plexiglass. Almost like they were trying not to have to help someone. Just pure laziness at that Walgreens. This happens everytime we have to go there. Closest Walgreens to us besides this one is 20 minutes away. But the 20 min there and 20 minutes back is still less than the wait time when there's only 2 freaking people in line at this Walgreens. They should be embarrassed and should definitely start firing the lazy workers. There's people so many older people who have to come there for their medicine and they just don't care. They will have them standing for an hour to pickup a medication because only one person knows how to work the computer and they're at lunch. read more

Finally after 10-15 mins this blonde haired lady finally strolls up and has an attitude like she's bothered. Extremely unprofessional and overall horrible experience. Being my first time using the Walgreens photo center.. I can guarantee I won't be back. Update... 1:12am Lol really nice to see this girls ass sitting on the front counter as I approach the Photo Center. I just have one last pack of photos to pick up and I'll never be back. It's more important to flirt and sit your fat ass on the desk in front of customer than to be professional at work I guess. I do agree with most of the reviews. Why four stars ? I'm talking about my recent experience. I dropped by CVS to get my daughter's prescription. It's been a week since it was sent to them. I'm wondering if they just texted or left a message at the wrong number. So, I got there to inquire. I was told that the order is there but they haven't filled it yet. Why ? They don't have it. He said the nearest place that has it is CVS Highlands. I was surprised that they did not even call me to let me know that it will not be filled as promised, which is the next day after 6pm last week. Good thing is Walgreens have it ! I was told that it might be filled in 2 hours, same day depending on CVS faxing and transfering the order to them. They texted me the next day, got the meds in 5 minutes of wait. I think between 1-2:30 pm is a good time to get anything from the pharmacy. No long lines, no grumpy customers, no yelling over the phone.... read more

I got a text that says my medication was ready so I headed down a few hours after when I got out of work. When I got there I waited in line and they were having a hard time finding the medication for the person in front of me. Her son had to go to the bathroom so they called me up and the lady at the counter could not find my medication and two other people had to come help. I waited for 10 mins for them to find it and THE PHARMACIST found it in another bin. It was ridiculous! The lady at the counter was slamming the drawers and irritated and it didn't look good on my end. I'm so sad because this is the closest location to my house. It should be 0 stars!!! The amount of time they have you waiting to pick up your medication after the time they said it would ready is ridiculous!!! I pulled up thru the drive thru at 11am, and the lady said it would be ready by 12:30. So I pull up to the drive thru at 12:23 and had to wait 17 minutes to be helped. By the time they looked up my medicine they said it would take about another 15 minutes. The guy asked me to come inside the store. I wait in line for 13 minutes for them to tell me that they were still being "verified" so they had me sit down on the waiting area. I been sitting down for the past 16 minutes and they still haven't called me. The line inside is ridiculously long as well and everyone looks annoyed. Will not be coming back here again. This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. I had a horrible experience two years ago and never came back and decided today to come back the first time in two years and Im reminded why I will never spend 1 single cent here ever again. The customer service is horrible they would only fill half my prescription and limit pain medication to a 7 day supply. My prescription was for 60 Norco I either had to pay cash for the full amount of my prescription or I had to forfeit 30 pills and only take half the prescription. Completely ridiculous policy !! I have had several photos and canvas done at this Walgreens and there was always an issue, but I let it go until now. I had two canvas ordered for a Christmas present and when I went to pick them up, I was told they were out of the material and it wouldn't be done until after Christmas. Went back a couple of times still not done. Got an email saying my order was ready. Waited two days to make sure and went to get them was told sorry your order was no longer in the system and I had to resubmit them. Terrible service and I won't get photos from here again! read more
