It has now been three days with no email. The amount of time, money, and unnecessary inconvenience this has caused is ridiculous. If you need passport photos done correctly and in a timely manner, go ANYWHERE else.

Upon arriving home (literally a block away) he realized that this icecream had clearly melted half way. How long was this dairy product unrefrigerated? Who knows. He turned right around and brought it back for a refund and, more importantly, to alert this neighborhood business of a problem. Astonishingly, the clerk who had JUST sold him the pint accused him of racing home and surreptitiously exchanging the pint of ice cream at home with another one. Amazing. My story today: Pulled up, scanned my card, selected fuel, put the pump in... nothing. Hmm. Maybe a bad pump. Pulled around to another pump... same thing. Then I noticed other would-be customers doing the same thing. As I was walking into the store, 2 more customers were coming out all saying the same thing - none of the pumps work. My conversation with the clerk: "I understand all the pumps are down." "Yeah, it's been like that all day." "Do you think you could put a sign up at the pumps or something? Everyone is obviously frustrated at having their time wasted." "I'm not the manager." "Right, could you call the manager?" "They know." "Can I contact the manager?" "No, you can't." So, here I am. I have grown up in this area my whole life. When I was a kid I used to ride my bike here all the time, now 30 years old i still come to this store for my bad habits ha i come into this store everyday, I'm a regular and over that many years I've spent a considerable amount of money. Except this morning may 12th 2020.... the short fat older lady who occasionally works the front was not inside the store as I waited to make my purchase. I waited for about 5 mins, before 1 of the 10 customers in the store popped his head out side and asked if there was going to be more coffee, after about 30 seconds she walks in and loudly says " who is yelling at me for coffee", " there is 4 other people who work here".... at that point I knew the encounter with this women would be miserable. And it wouldn't be the first time. So she looked at me and said is that it with a nasty tone (my rockstar purchase of 2.25) I tossed 3 one dollar Bills on to the counter. She replied" thanks for throwing them at me..."I replied with " thanks for not doing your job! I will no longer be spending any of my money at this store until this rude bitch is gone!!! My brother has had issues with her and he is one of the nicest guys I've ever met. Clearly there is other people that have had issues. Bad customer service can and will ruin your business. Get rid of her ass! I will now travel the extra 3 to 5 miles to go anywhere else but here. The reason it got any star is because you have to and everybody else there is pretty cool, and the food they make is great. But like I said wont be going there anymore. I have been going to this store for 40 years---I have always felt happy to see all the employees and the tacos and subs are great-------But about 4 years ago they hired SUSSIE the Witch of Lake Mathews-----You will know who she is when you walk in the store----she is the one behind the register belittling the employees ---being rude to the customers and yelling and complaining about everything and everyone----I went in to cash in 3 Fantasy 5 tickets for $30 in cash and 8 replays-------as she went postal on me I told her she had to calm down and take a deep breath----She tells me still yelling it's your fault that I am like this ----I asked just let me have my cash from 2 scratchers and paid for my sandwiches---I left with my 2 uncashed Lottery tickets and to0ld her one more time she needs to calm down or she will have a heart attack and she stated walking fast towards the end of counter by the door still swing her arms around and yelling at me I left and quickly as I could shaking and in tears--------I am 78 years old and NO one in my life has ever treated me in this manner----------If your business Mr owner is going down she is the reason---I have stood in line many a day and watched as she treated one customer after another with her anger . caustic comments and never ever have I seen her smile----------------NOT ONCE-----All I can think she must be married to the owner if she thinks she can treat the employees and customers like this-----If Mad Sussie is your wife sir, my sincere sympathy ---Thank you---- read more
