Monday I just walked into Hub Family Dental with no appointment explained to them about my problem and they took me right in.They didn't want me to walk away in pain The ladies went above and beyond to make me comfortable and always asking if I was ok during my whole 1st step of my treatment. Than on top of that later that evening they called to see how I was feeling!!! What I had done was a root canal and I didn't feel anything. Dr Wilson showed me the problem and answered every question. It was clear the best choice was to pull the tooth. I called ABT and spoke with Lou (his direct # 847-954-4140). I did some research before I called and liked the Samsung 55." 4K NEO QLED, originally $1,297.99, on sale for $897.99. Lou stated, "They had a sale starting tomorrow (Saturday) and that he could sell it to me for $651.00." Great! Lou said he could have it delivered next Tuesday. I explained my mother's situation and asked if it could be delivered tomorrow, on Saturday. Lou said, "I'll make it happen." Now that is exceptional customer service! Josh Hoffman was the technician who delivered and set up my mother's new Samsung TV. Josh programmed the Xfinity remote to the new TV, and my mother accidentally hit something that made the TV verbally announce everything she did. Josh asked if she wanted that, and my mother said no. Josh was quick-witted and a comedian; he had my mother laughing. You certainly can tell when an employee loves their job!
