Beautiful sunny office, efficient friendly knowledgeable and experienced staff, state of the art…read moreequipment and informative Dentist who spent extra time making sure that I understood exactly what he was telling me (to the extent of taking photos to show me what he was describing in addition to doing my first cleaning in the office. Which was actually my first DMD cleaning in my 62 years on the planet.) Could not have had a better first experience with my new practice (just moved to the area after 20 years with my much beloved previous provider.) Thank you Dr. Hornung and staff; here's to many (I mean, maybe not so many, maybe just the usual maintenance number?) more.

Was told "we should talk about extraction because there's minimal play with your teeth". No, I'm not going to let you rip out half of my FRONT BOTTOM TEETH and replace it with a "removable implant" (AKA a flipper or dentures). I asked about permanent implants (my uncle had them done) and was told "those can be very costly and state insurance doesn't cover them so they would probably be 'out of your price range'". Like I deserved worse care because I get state insurance. Like I shouldn't care about my teeth because I'm "poor". Infection didn't go away because the new dentist, fully admitted, "he doesn't know how to treat immunocompromised patients" and recommended removing HALF MY LOWER TEETH AGAIN! After I had made it clear I WOULD NOT be comfortable with that; and that I should consider "going to a dental school..." since "...they have every kind of dentist there". No remorse for making my break down crying. No listening to my talking about jaw clenching prior when I'm stressed. Just straight to removing my teeth and violating my boundaries about what I was and was not willing to let be done to me. If I could give a zero I would. Thanks for the prescription and new fear of the dentist. Didn't have one before this place. Never again.

I finally made the decision to renovate my kitchen and found BSW on Angie's List and Houzz. From the beginning, Mona was patient and very knowledgeable. I started the process wanting carrera marble, but after going to the stone yard, Mona noticed that I was being repeatedly drawn to a quartzite (fantasy brown). I didn't even notice it until Mona pointed it out! So after I jumped into the bold (fantasy brown) and left the classic humdrum (carrera) behind, enter John and his team of installers. While templating, John even gave me suggestions on my choice of brackets for the floating counter. During the install day, the crew was friendly, professional, and quick! Even though there were slight modifications needed, which were explained to me in a clear manner, the install took less than 2 hours. I'm extremely happy with BSW and would recommend them to anyone!

I did a partial kitchen reno and needed to match the existing quartz counters that Mona's team installed last time. Ran into a problem: they didn't have any remnants in that color, and I'd have to purchase a whole slab just to match a little section. Mona came to the rescue! She offered me a remnant of a different color that she promised matches really really closely the original color. And since the new section was to be installed across from the old one (not contiguous), it would be very hard to tell. Sure enough, it worked out perfectly and Mona saved me a lot of money by finding a creative solution. Just like last time, I was doing this long distance without seeing anything in person. With contractors there is always drama or miscommunications, especially if you are not there to supervise. Not with Mona. Her reliability, attention to detail, and smart problem-solving in every project, no matter how small, give me total peace of mind. And the prices are still very reasonable, even years later! Thank you so much!
