Had some trouble getting a prescription filled with a GoodRx coupon initially. (It was for a six month supply. I travel a lot sometimes.) But they were eventually able to fill the prescription and honor the coupon. Also appreciated the setting up of the notification system. All in all the filling of the prescription worked out. This may possibly be the worst walgreens in existence. The audacity to call yourself a pharmacy is astounding. Online says they are open, when they definitely are NOT. Drive thru is closed 24/7. They close early 101% of the time, sometimes 3-4 hours early. Staff is always in a rush or disorganized. This place will soon be going under. read more

They're doing the best they can. It's not the location, it's the company Yeah they might be short with you, because they have two long lines (drive-up and walk-in) at the pharmacy, at basically every time someone who works can come in. That means the company isn't hiring enough, not that the staff is lazy. I have a very, VERY frustrating prescription to order, by phone, every month, and they try so hard to help me. Rude staff. Never have meds prescribed by doctors. Always blame insurance and doctors, take NO responsibility even when they are at fault. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Use call centers with people with no training to take overflow calls. This is people's health in their hands!!! Drive up extremely slow, waited over 20 min. They need a 2nd cashier in pharmacy drive up. It's horrible

Pharmacy is extremely good. Coordination among doctor, patient and pharmacist is spot on. Questions, concerns, issues and problems are addressed immediately. Prescription refills are handled in a no hassle manner by Internet or phone. Staff is professional and courteous. Occasionally coordination with multiple insurances is a problem, but is resolved in the end. Retail operations are OK but, not above average. Sometimes sale items are gone by the time you get there. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Hand sanitizer stations would be appreciated. read more

They have gone downhill in the last few years. Untrained shift leads left with untrained cashiers.and a rude cashier that didn't know the store opening hours. Told me to look at the door. Shift lead should not be left there with two young employees if she doesn't know everything to run the store. The cashier had to ask how to put a check through. UNACCEPTABLE to deny someone a covid test because they're early or a late for their appointment. I wait 20 minutes in line sometimes and 30 min for Dr. appts. In the time the Pharm tech took to argue her point with me, I could've swabbed and handed it back 10 times. Ridiculous!! read more

Service at the pharmacy isn't bad, sometimes they do get slammed. I usually go around 430-5pm and it seems closer to 5, they are busier. If you go around lunch time or so it's not so bad. I can't believe they sell beer unrefrigerated here, lol. The smaller packs are refrigerated, but the big ones are not. read more

This is the worst run pharmacy I've ever used. It used to be very good. The tech's were helpful, the pharmacist knew what they were doing. Now it's just floater after floater after floater and they don't care, don't even try to help problem solve. If you call you're on hold for AT LEAST 30 minutes then they pick up the phone and hang up. Recently one of them literally stole one of my medications that I pay cash for and cannot be refilled for another month. They are rude, they ignore you, the pharmacy manager has been there for years and is allowing all this to happen. There may be a pharmacist shortage but these kids who don't care are messing with people's lives by screwing up medications, then they wonder why the customers get so angry. Just a bunch of snotty young kids who could care less if you are able to take your medications or not. Absolutely disgusted that the pharmacy manager allows this. read more

Was there at around 8:15 this morning on the way to work to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist was so slow I left the store at 8:30!! Speedier service is definitely needed read more
