Pharmacy tech asked me which prescription it should be so I had to contact my wife. Then, when I get a hold of my wife 20 minutes later, the pharmacy tech says I can't have the prescription. Why she didn't explain to me the situation before I wasted all that time, I don't know. Then she proceeded to get annoyed with my questions and angrily answer them. I will not go to or shop at this Walgreens EVER again. I will get all of my medication, supplements, and other items Walgreens sells from somewhere else. I tried to call the manager of the store and the phone just rings. Unacceptable. The customer is never right at Walgreens.
