The pharmacy is slow, and not very accurate. I was told two of my prescriptions were ready but then once I got there told only one was ready. The lady I talked to was nice however, and rectified the problem. read more

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING AND GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT IS NOT THIS PLACE. They hate their customers and don't give a crap about your family. The pharmacy is horrible, and the manager for pharm, Daniel (well, he SAID he was the pharmacy manager, but if that's true, the whole entire world is in trouble), was perfectly awful. I had all of my prescriptions changed to the Smiths pharmacy way out of my way just so that I'll never have to go there again!!! I have Medicaid for my girls because I'm going through a domestic violence divorce, and we've been without insurance for a long time. They would not remove my exes past insurance off of the system, nor let me use my now secondary Medicaid, nor would he give me the 'discount card' that they usually give people without insurance. All AFTER I had waited in line for half an hour at the drive-through, and he would do nothing for me to help my poor kids get their medicine. Hate this place!!! Their pharmacy has always been (over the top) awful, and this was the final coffin nail. I had my prescription transferred, and was able to pick them up at the Smiths AND use their discount card, which is where we will forever go for our regular prescriptions, with no issues. P.S. ALSO! Smiths discount card total was 24 bucks, while the Walgreens discount card was 47. read more

This particular store decided that Pharmacy means Lottery this week. Randomly sends texts saying, "The pharmacy is closed." After it was announced to be open on the main page. This reflects badly on the store, but more so the company. If a store cannot retain a pharmacist or the pharmacist(s) are all out for some reason, the store should ask Corporate for a substitute and Corporate should supply one. If they have power issues, they should have backup procedures to operate on an emergency basis. Target does. What's the point of a Big Pharmacy Chain if their individual stores can leave patients high and dry? Note also that this store is refusing to transfer medications out of the Walgreens chain. I had to transfer to another Walgreens. That store's customer service looks promising on Google Maps. It's a 2.9/5 instead of 2.7/5! read more

I went to get a prescription set up after a procedure and they take the info and tell me it'll be 2 hours. I come back more than 2 hours later since I never received a call telling me it was ready and their pharmacy is closed. They didn't even call to say to come back the next day or something, so I'm left to wait overnight without painkillers because of their terrible service and terrible communication. read more

This store is my closest Walgreens, I've been going here for a few years. I went to get a few items on January 1st around 7pm and upon walking in I could hear 2 females at the register talking loudly, I paid no mind but I could still hear them while shopping. I was in the store for about 10 minutes then proceeded to the cash registers, the 2 female cashiers continued to talk loudly, profanity and all, laughing and talking about drinking the night before ALL WHILE CHECKING A CUSTOMER OUT. They didn't even acknowledge him except when he was handed the receipt. It was my turn, so I was paying attention to their service. First of all, the one younger girl with dark hair and very long lashes was sitting on the counter, back toward me, sitting where the bags go, the other girl was standing facing her talking even when I approached the counter, STILL using profanity while talking!!!! No customer service skills whatsoever!!! When she was done ringing up my items she asked if I wanted a bag...I wanted to say, "no, ill carry all these items out a few at a time" to be sarcastic but thought better of it. Basically this place has turned into a ghetto poorly managed store. read more

I ordered pictures through their hour photo services. I went 2 hours later and THEN was told they weren't ready because they didn't have they size paper they need for the photos I ordered and to check back tomorrow and they MIGHT BE READY. I'm sorry, that would have been nice to be CALLED to be informed that my order wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. I also didn't order 23 hour photos. When asked why I wasn't called for be informed of the issue he said it was because they were extremely busy and didn't have the time to call. Yet when I walked in, he was sitting in a chair up front and Told me he was on a break, but offered to help me out when I walked up to him. There is a break room for that. Way to be a team player and all, but don't take your break on the floor. If your team needs you they will call for you. read more

100% would not recommend this pharmacy. They assured me they would have my prescription available at a specific time and I gave them 45 minutes after that time and they did not have my prescription ready. When I tried to talk to them about it the pharmacist, Chris, yelled at me, talked over me, walked away from me and even threatened me. He essentially blamed me that the medicine wasn't ready and said there were "200 more important people ahead of me". Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. read more

Bad experience! My wife suffers from constant kidney stones. Went to ER, home with prescription for pain pills. Went to Walgreens turned in the prescription. After 20 minutes they call me to the counter. Clerk tries to politely tell me they will not fill it. Pharmacist walks by and says "too many doctors too many drugs,we will not fill it" rude as crap! My wife has a painful problem and they refused to help. read more

When shopping for anything, this should be last resort. EVERYTHING is overpriced and staff isn't helpful. And as for the pharmacy, the staff are nice and friendly but the actual pharmacists are horrible. They are one of the few that are open 24 hours but really can't help in the late hours. They will take your prescriptions, hold them for hours, then you'll get a text saying they are ready. When you arrive, they will tell you that they can't fill it because they can't call the dr office (9pm) and I'm like "why didn't you tell me in the first place that you wouldn't be able to fill it" and they just stare at you like your the one at fault for even going there. Customer service is so bad at this place!!!! read more

The old guy at night has the WORST customer service skills! I called to check if the correct medication was filled and he kept cutting me off every time I had a question. The employee that answered the phone prior to that transferred me to somewhere for questions with billing. I drove to the pharmacy and went to the drive thru and pressed the call button. He ignored us, kept putting medication away and after the third time pressing the call button, he came over to tell us he was helping people in the store. The shade was down in the night window since the gate was closed for inside. A few minutes later, he comes back to help. If you heard the call button the first time, like every employee I've ever encountered in Walgreens thru the drive thru, come and inform us we'll be waiting for a bit while you assist other customers. I would be HAPPY to wait for my turn since I know that is what you're doing. read more

It was Thanksgiving eve 2019. I have just left urgent care with a child who had fever of 103 and was picking up a prescription and some juices to get his fever down. The reason I had doctor send prescription to Walgreens was because I could also pick up other things he would need. When we arrived at roy Walgreens I went to the window inside the store. The guy was rude, told me it would be one and a half hours because all the called in prescriptions were ahead of me. Really. I told him I am here! With a sick child waiting in person and I was not going to wait that long. He ignored me. Took his time. When I was given the medication he charged me full price. I asked him if he used my insurance. He rolled his eyes and said "I thought you were in a hurry?". He took his time redoing it and the girl at the window told me I shouldn't expect any favors next time by not waiting the full time. The savings from my insurance was 95 percent. I told them I would never get medicine here again. read more

If you want horrible customer service, no concern, and blatant disregard for your well being, go to this walgreens. The staff is ignorant, rude untrained, and with zero people skills. Like the gentleman before me I was released from the hospital with kidney stones and went to get a prescription. The aid walked off with the paper while I was still talking to her and came back and said we don't have them, go back to the hospital. I asked her to please call another walgreens and she brusquely said they are all out. No apologies, no even horribly fake attempt to sound sincere. She took great joy in having one less prescription to refill. I left the store still in pain, and called their next closest location on 48th and redwood who had the pills and is graciously filling them for me now. Took 45 second to find. Called back to speak to a supervisor who sounded even less intelligent. All refused to give their names, now I know why. Not only did she not apologize for employees actions, she put me on hold while I was speaking to get them employees side and then came back and said that I was emotional. I assume at this store they chose supervisors based on height. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE unless being treated like garbage is on your list of things to do today. I only gave one star because it would not let me post with a negative or zero. read more
