He is rude and will never help you find anything but hes in the store every day. The items are over priced sometimes double, the braiding hair is old and smells moldy. His products are double priced. Unable to leave negative zero stars. Owner put his hands on me, pushing out of store without an explanation. I had to practically beg for one as I was completely confused. He finally said "you touch items and you no buy". I was reading the ingredients first. I did not want to carry the items or a basket around with me as my arm is still recovering from surgery. I chose to read the product labels prior to making my purchase. I used one "tester" and got yelled at after being accused of Asian man behind register yelled at me "no trying on product!". I politely replied & showed him the (ONE & ONLY) ​ "tester" I tried. Police officers were called out and he was charged with a battery report. However, the owner's reply to my Google review was completely false. Instead of apologizing or taking accountability, I was accused of "using brushes all over body and they had to discard products". Mister Owner/employee...you & I both know the truth. I am more than happy to provide you with the battery case no. The Police officers charged you with. Its truly sad you chose to go after the customer with false accusations versus owning up to how rudely you behaved. Take responsibility. I've Never been treated so poorly in all my life. I was gathering things to buy and ready to spend a couple hundred dollars and was suddenly accused of stealing and asked to leave! I had been there for 30 minutes and spoke with a girl who worked there a couple of times to locate the things I was looking for. She was great. And I always read every ingredient on the label before I buy something. Then the manager, I'm guessing, came up to me and said I was about to steal everything I had in my shopping bag. I don't look like or act like someone who is trying to steal. I do not steal and have no need to steal. I was trying to purchase gifts as well as my needed items. I even wanted to buy the products still and she wouldn't let me! Im a new mom and was so excited to be out of the house shopping! I even got a baby sitter! As my hormones are still wild and emotions are high I sat in my new Audi in front of the store and cried for 10 minutes. The security guards she called on me were out there trying to make me feel better and apologizing for her. Sadly I came home empty handed. She is a miserable woman with zero people skills. Well, with Fox Beauty Supplies big variety of extensions how can anyone not find anything at this store. They have a whole lot of extensions to choose from. I've been shopping here for a long time. They always have what I need, and they are always helpful and courteous.

Only reason I come here is because they have the only conditioner I use. But, everytime I'm there, I sense judgement. The ladies will watch you like a hawk and when I mean they watch you, THEY DO. Sometimes they'll even follow you around and make you uncomfortable. There's only ONE kind worker there, the rest are so snobby and act entitled. Also too I'm black, so I've notice they treat me different from their own kind. I ask questions and they act like they don't want to answer me but let someone of their race walk in then they all run to help that person out!!! The sales there are false as well!!! They say one thing and when it's time to pay the total is double of what I am told!!! The owners too are very rude people. They just need to have a whole new ownership and new employees!! To save yall time and money just go to WOW beauty and make a trip to LA, they have the best deals, service and overall shopping experience. I never once had a good shopping experience here neither has my friends or family. Smh read more

The selection is good. However, my friend and I had a bad experience. We were followed through out the store. We were asked like 5 times if we needed help finding something. Couldn't shop in peace because this young employee would be constantly hovering over us as we browsed through products. Need a wig? Fox Beauty Supply gots you! We stopped by to check out some wigs. They have signs everywhere stating that only serious shoppers are allowed to try those bad boys on. Honestly, how do they know if you are or aren't? Is the $1 cap fee supposed to really deter anyone? The lady working behind the desk was awesome. She answered our questions, gave us some privacy, and let us try on as many wigs as we wanted. Overall, we had a good experience here. The young girl working here is extremely rude, and argued with me because I told her I was sold defective bleach. The product literally didn't lift, she told me it was because my hair was dark. I was blonde at the time of use. She had to get the last word in after I told her I've used the bleach multiple times, and it always worked prior. I have been shopping here for probably three years now. It has been at times hit or miss when it came to customer service. I have written in the past about a nasty employee or two and had written this place off for a while, choosing to order online. I invariably went back and started asking for the manager /owner when I go in. HE has always busted his butt to fix errors and to give me quality customer service. So, I have continued to go back with the determination if treated poorly I would just ask for him. I also feel I should write when an establishment or employee treats me above and beyond the call of duty. I went in yesterday and before I went in I called and spoke with Cindy. She was so kind and cheery on the phone. I drove over and she had put my items aside. She had not only done that but tried to put aside the best pieces they had. ( I had gone in for wefts). I asked to see more as I am picky. She found me other bundles and she HAD actually picked out the most beautiful pieces. She then got from behind the counter and helped me find other products I needed which blew me away. The owner always treats me this way, but i have dealt with some employees popping gum and not wanted to help me in the past basically not going above and beyond standing behind the counter. Cindy you are the best and thank you. This old lady was very depressed upon coming into the store and your kindness made me smile and brightened my day. I gave this place four stars only because of a few bad apples who have come and gone. Otherwise this place is stocked and affordable. This place is a lot bigger than Ok Beauty supply store, but they are similar in the fact that they barely have any actual cosmetics. The focus is on wigs, and hair care products. I was disappointed that, although they did carry NYX cosmetics, they didn't have any of the newer items such as the eye brow pencil with the brush, or the jumbo eye shadow pencils. The only things that caught my eye were their extremely limited selection of OPI, China Glaze nail polishes, and Kiss fake lashes. The prices are good. Staff was very friendly.
