My interaction today with the pharmacist was one of the most rude experiences I've faced in healthcare. She made it seem like it was an inconvenience to ask any questions, as they were going to close in the next hour (it was 1:07pm and she made it a point to mention that she didn't have time for me as they were closing for whatever unmentioned reason at 2pm). She was extremely rude to the other customers/patients, rude to me about asking insurance questions. I actually had to come back to which apparently was their actual closing (at 5:45pm, however they supposedly close at 6pm.) I could have been told to return prior to a certain time than to be denied twice in one day. Upon returning, she was still rude. This time I witnessed her talk down/command to an employee in front of the entire line. Additionally, I know I shouldn't be hearing any other patient's information/prescription instructions. There was no discretion upon her speaking to patients. I understand that bad days happen, we all have them...but this is absolutely not okay. Treat your employees and clients with dignity and respect. If you work with people, do well. If you work in healthcare, do better.

Thinge have changed because they gotten way slower and has less workers working in the pharmacy. I scheduled an appointment to get my covid booster shot and for my parents to get their flu vaccination. Their mobile check in QR code didn't work because it couldn't find my reservation. Then I had to wait in line to check in with someone. The person was working the drive thru pickup line and also the in store window so it took some time. After I checked in with her and give her all the info, it took an hour before we could get our shots. The photos area is slow at times too but they brought back the button to announce on the PA that you'll need assistance there which will help speed someone over there.

They keep the basics well stocked as well as plenty of impulse buys to satisfy anyone's cravings. Staff is...present. They will help if you ask for it, but they also won't offer it if you don't. When you check out, they'll be friendly, but they also won't go out of their way to carry a conversation. I think if you're looking to just get in and out and you know exactly what you want, this is a good option for you.

The young man who was the cashier looked for my photo but couldn't find it, so the manager, Albert also began helping since there wasn't any other people in line. They looked and looked and couldn't find it. I showed my email to confirm I did pay for it and if this was the correct CVS. They were both super helpful and accommodating. The staff was quick, courteous, they seem to know their customers by name. That's something I miss. I had to go back for refills, I experienced the same thing. They called me by my first name. On another occasion, they called to let me know how my medication was going, they saw that it was time to refill. When I walked in, they all said hi, they had my medication ready and checked in on me. I appreciate them. I know it's not a big deal for any of you, but for me, he's a little moments of humanity really make me feel better. Thank you to that wonderful staff there.

The doctor said that this pharmacy has the equipment we needed and that they are reasonably price. He said Anthony is amazing and will work hard to make sure you have the best experience. I was worried I wouldn't find parking because I saw it's in a small plaza but they have two reserved parking spots. When I came, that's where I parked and went inside. They were still working on the order so we waited a little bit. They let us know that my wife insurance wanted a specific brand that they didn't have and also using her insurance will cost a lot in one of the testing strips. So Anthony was giving us recommendations on what we should do to save money. He provided amazing service and was also funny too after he found out my wife is a nurse so he was making jokes about testing things on me first.
