I went to the pharmacy and they called a male, possibly Caucasian, blonde hair, over to Consultation... I gave my question/explanation and all he kept doing was saying 'yea' and seemed like he was just agreeing with whatever I said just to get me to leave.. This review is specific to the pharmacy. All I can say is be ready to wait! I waited over an hour to pick up a prescription. I know I should've left when I saw the line half way down the store, but I thought maybe they'll open another register and take two at a time. It didn't happen... Then I saw 3 more people line up behind me and I thought I can't lose my spot now I must wait. So there I was waiting staring at all the vitamins and antacids for 45 minutes until I finally got to the register which is when by the way they decided to finally open another register. I get to the brand new second register and shocker, as if my wait couldn't get any longer the lady said the computer crashed and restarted and I would have to wait a little longer. Increasing my wait time. I kept my cool but had to take a picture of the ridiculous line I stood in, where I didn't get the people who were still in line behind me. And I took a picture of the ridiculous sign that reads make your trip a quick trip due to Covid!!! Ridiculous!!! Thanks to rite aid pharmacy my trip was nowhere near a quick trip. Worst pharmacy ever. Customer service is horrible. Why should I have to come back three times for one prescription. This is after I tried the online refill service. The online refill that never contacted the rite aid about my prescription. So I go in to take care of the situation. They tell me both my prescriptions were new (untrue) but whatever I'll wait. I waited 45 min for them to tell me come back the next day. Ok. The next day they still haven't processed my stuff. They tell me sorry. It'll be ready tomorrow after 3. Ok. The third day I show up they tell my items are there but I can't get them until the pharmacist comes in..... In two hours. REALLY!!!!! Fed up. I swear I could scream. Yes, it is true... everything you've heard. It's all true. There's no staff. No one wants to help you at the ice cream counter. "Thrifty" ice cream is a childhood treat that you just crave sometimes and it sucks that you can't even get it sometimes because the flavors are rarely re-stocked and the service station is not taken care of at all. The place is generally a mess as a whole. The pharmacy has pretty crappy service. The only reason to even come to this location is to buy cheap wine. read more

Incompetent. Slow. Poor Customer service. I went here to have a prescription filled. After 20 min I was told that my insurance "didn't match" and she tried 3 times, but my card is "expired." I called Blue Shield and they assured me that my card is up to date and that I shouldn't have a problem. I went to CVS right after and the prescription was filled immediately without any issues. I am grateful for having a pharmacy in the neighborhood. They do need to increase staff. Both store and pharmacy. The staff has always been friendly and helpful but Everything takes time here. The cashiers box are also so slow they have to start with one costumer then switch to a 2nd machine to help a 2nd person because itss so slow. read more

WORST PHARMACY EVER‼‼‼ I went it to leave my prescription on August 13th, called the 14th in the morning and whatever girl answer said it wasn't ready to call after 12pm. I called around 2pm and it still was not ready, she then proceeded to tell me to call the following day. I call the 15th after 2pm and my prescription is still not ready, they kept telling me this all week till the 18th. On the 19th in the morning some girl gave me 4 pills, because I had been calling all week for my prescription (enough for one day) that same day I call around 8pm and they tell me they're ready. I then tell the girl I will be there before closing and was only going to be paying for 30 of my 80 pills and I would come back for the rest. I walk in around 8:50pm to pay for my 30 pills and they take about 20 minutes to get 30 pills ready.... Throughout the week I decide to count my pills for some reason only to find out they only gave me 20 pills. I started taking them on Saturday. And only had enough until Wednesday. Saturday 4 Sunday 8 Monday 12 Tuesday 16 Wednesday 20 I call them on Tuesday explaining that I had paid for 30 and was only given 20, the girl tells me to go in and that they'll give me my remaining 10. I go in on Friday and the girl over the counter tells some other girl that I'm saying I'm there for pills or idk exactly what she said. And the other girl (wearing glasses) tells me she gave me 26 because I had already gotten 4 and that completes my 30. I tell her that the 4 they gave me at first I was not charged for and that she only gave me 20. She then proceeds to do some math and tells me I'm wrong. By then I have lost it. I asked for my shit back. I'm those words and tell them to give me my prescription paper so I can go elsewhere. They give me a copy and I just walk out. These girls working at night are THE ABOSLUTE WORST! They clearly don't know what customer service is, are rude and clearly can NOT count. FYI: I have the receipt of the 4 pills I was given where I was not charged a d was told I would not be charged and then the receipt where I paid for 30 pills as well. The people at the drug store never never ever have my medication ready on time wether it's my blood pressure medicine or diabetic test stripes sometimes I feel like one of the lady's at the pharmacy does not!
