This isn't my local CVS, but I will swing by every once in awhile to pick up some essentials. It's always a serviceable shopping experience. They keep the basics well stocked as well as plenty of impulse buys to satisfy anyone's cravings. Staff is...present. They will help if you ask for it, but they also won't offer it if you don't. When you check out, they'll be friendly, but they also won't go out of their way to carry a conversation. I think if you're looking to just get in and out and you know exactly what you want, this is a good option for you. read more

This isn't my go to CVS but I had ordered a photo to be printed and this was the best option on my way home. I had placed the order on Friday but didn't get the chance to pick it up until Tuesday due to being out of town. The young man who was the cashier looked for my photo but couldn't find it, so the manager, Albert also began helping since there wasn't any other people in line. They looked and looked and couldn't find it. I showed my email to confirm I did pay for it and if this was the correct CVS. They were both super helpful and accommodating. Ultimately we couldn't find the photo and I had to reprint it but Albert assisted me the whole time. Great customer service! I will be back to this CVS moving forward. read more

Technician at the window was extremely rude and short, would not let me speak left the window as I was speaking and the pharmacist was not any better when I asked for a manager I was. Told she's done for the day she will be back tomorrow, absolutely horrible and considering changing all my prescriptions elsewhere. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. The cashier Dulce was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit. From the moment I approached the counter, I was spoken to in a dismissive and unfriendly tone, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Instead of offering basic courtesy and assistance, the cashier seemed impatient and unhelpful, even when I was simply asking normal questions about my prescription. There was no effort to be polite or respectful, which is the minimum expected in a customer service role--especially in a pharmacy setting where people may already be stressed or unwell. I hope management addresses this issue, as customer service should always be handled with respect and professionalism. I will consider going to a different pharmacy in the future if this is not improved. read more

Today my husband and I went to CVS to pick up a couple of things. . We walked in and only 2 customers waiting in line. By the time we got in line , the line grew bigger and bigger. Kelly the only cashier there at the time had everything under control. She was working 3 registers at the same time! Amazing! Kelly needs to be recognized for doing a great job! ! Just another Pharmacy in the valley. Nothing real spectacular. Employees just going threw their motions.1 cashier for about 6 people in line, and a pregnant Gail with her arms filled. yes I let her go in front of me.No urgency from the employees or the Manager on duty. However a lot of specials on Halloween costumes and candy deals. They started putting Christmas stuff up. Nice items. 2 months away. This year went by so fast. I bought some goodies for this Halloween. Its Halloween everyday in the Valley. Also their where some good deals on DVD's movies.2 for 10 dollars,Blue Ray, 2 for 15.Titles vary. SLOOOOOOOOOWEST pharmacy ever! Ive been here 3 times over the past couple of months. They are understaffed. To have one clerk working the pick-up line and the drive thru window is ridiculous! Ive tried going in and the drive thru, pick your poison. Either you stand and wait or sit in your car and wait. I would rather sit and listen to music but beware if anyone is ahead of you. This CVS has the worst service. Went here las night system was down. Asked her what to do or if we could wait, straight attitude. Next day I come back, system is working yay! Medication I was trying to fill, they were out of stock. Asked if I could just leave my prescription and they can call me when they do receive, "no you can't, try a different pharmacy" now the pharmacist calls us saying she can't verify the insurance. I have never had an issue with getting it checked. At this point I was over it and I told them I just want my insurance card back. The girl in glasses with a white coat assuming she's the pharmacist starts cussing saying "are you serious" smh, all that schooling and no manners. My wife and I are both in the medical field and needed those meds before surgery. The excuses they give you hear are bullshit. If management would like to run the video this happened today between 2-230pm. As for other customers, go to Walgreens instead. read more

Tip: Go to another CVS. This one is ridiculous. They had signs for a sale. If you buy three 12-packs of soda, it'll come out to $9 compared to $5.99 for just one pack. I got three and waited super long in that line. A constant problem. They had 3 employees at the front just pretending to work and had their back turned. Only one cashier when there was a long line forming. Back to the sodas. My total came out to $21 and some change. The cashier then went and checked and said, "It only applies to Coca Cola products." Then why are the signs everywhere in the soda section? And mind you, Coca Cola and Pepsi products were all mixed up. I don't have time to know what the hell a Coca Cola product is versus a Pepsi product. I just want the sale. Deceiving practices here to lure you in. I ended up getting jipped some more by getting just one pack of soda for $7.18. It's $5.99, but there's sales tax and the CRV tax. Just go to Vons down the street. This place sucks. read more

Only 2 stars today because I'm annoyed! Joyce, a LONG TIME employee showed up to work AGAIN with the FLU VIRUS!! WHAT? Her hair is a mess, she's PALE, clothes a mess! She's SICK and the Managing staff has her working 'because they needed someone to work Sunday and no one else available', she says.. Infecting the employees, infecting all the customers, touching EVERYTHING gives me the creeps! She gave me the hand sanitizer to use. Just shockingly incompetent. I was released on forth of July this year after having open heart surgery. Cedars Sinai called this location multiple times (including the head nurse) to make sure rx's were in stock. They assured us they were as I was discharged from the hospital. I arrive at 2:45p only to find the pharmacy closed due to the 4th of July holiday. NOBODY bothered to mention this to the cedars Sinai staff????? Needless to say my wife had to scramble to get the meds transferred. Thankfully she was able to get the important ones transferred, but what a headache. My wife went back the next day to pick up the rx's and complained and whomever she complained to said "the hours are on the automated phone line or the website." I needed very specific blood pressure medication and these scumbags could have killed me because they expected the staff at cedars Sinai to check their website for holiday hours instead of being proactive. Unreal. I'd drop cvs altogether but my insurance requires me use a cvs. Unfortunate. But I'm never using this branch again. read more

Have had So many bad experiences with the pharmacy. I will get a text saying my inhalers are ready and then have to wait, which would be fine but they have really bad attitudes. They once told me that they had my prescription but they didn't have my medication, but there was a whole wall of it. I have tried to be patient but today was too much, Iman actually tried to tell me that my doctors office didn't send the prescription (I got a text from cvs saying it was ready!) which seemed like a lie to get out of doing anything because my doctors office on speaker was telling me what they sent and the exact time. No problem, I go home and call my doctors office and again they verify it's the same cvs and prescription. I call cvs back, wait again for 15 minutes and Gilbert comes back on the phone to talk about how terrible my doctors office was for making him wait on the phone? Horrible attitudes every time I come. CVS practically pays you to shop there. They are always handing out coupons, with your transaction, mailers, and online coupons. I used to be able to save them, pile them up on transactions, and walk out with a bunch of stuff, mostly paid by the coupons. Sadly, that is no longer the case. They no longer accept expired coupons. I mostly come to CVS for cosmetics or knick-knacks like Post-Its, greeting cards, candy, etc. This location has a significantly smaller cosmetics section, and most items I was looking for were either sold out, or they hadn't received it yet. CVS merchandise is always about $2 more per item in comparison to Target and WalMart. They really should try to be competitive. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but this CVS was so helpful with me getting my flu shot for free. Quick and easy, walked in and got my shot within 5 minutes. Iman in the pharmacy was awesome and made everything so easy for me which I really appreciated especially after Walmart wanted to charge me $45 for the same shot. read more

I go to this CVS often, and the upfront staff is very friendly and helpful! They have a large assortment of things one might need if they just don't want to make that long trip to the grocery store, like cat food, milk, a frozen dinner, etc. The only thing I can complain about is the extraordinary long lines at the pharmacy. Sometimes I just peek in and see that there are 15 people in line, and then just go home. But the pharmacy has improved this past year, since apparently to me, the entire staff and pharmacy manager have had a changeover. Before, they would literally give me the wrong medicine (about three separate times) and I would have to drive back and exchange it for the right one. This year, that hasn't happened once, although the lines are still horribly long. read more

I went to the drive through at 1255 today to get my 4 prescriptions. I waited 25 minutes and when I got 3 of them the young lady running the cash register put my receipt loose out on the sliding shelf and it blew away . I asked her for another receipt and she very rudely told me that she could not print one. She was very rude didn't smile nor tell me my total. What made things worst, she accused my 2 year old for biting into a chocolate bar . When I told her she had not , she reached for the chocolate bar and threw it on the counter side of me saying " its all sogged up!" . Today I walked in to this CVS hoping to find my probiotics (pearls) Yay I found them ! Picked bodysope & face wipes. The few thing I needed during this health crisis. I got to counter with my 3 items. And the cashier picks up the probiotics and says " I can't sell you This" in a tone that made feel like what! Then said " it expired! It expired in January!" In that same tone . Like it's my fault. Not I'm sorry for your inconvenience ! So in stead of letting know how I felt, I just walked out of the store!
