My brother and I stopped in during our San Juan cruise stop. It's a very large space for a drug store, filled with a lot of souvenir items, along with travel essentials that would need to be replaced on a long trip.

This place is right on the main road here in town that runs parallel with the beach. They've got everything you need here for a short term to get you buy, including grocery items, ice, drinks, and then all household needed stuff, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, regular soap, scrubbing pad, & more. You can also get all the standard stuff that you think of when you think of a Walgreens, cough medicine, allergy meds, headache aspirin, bug spray, sunscreen, lotion, you name it. This place is a must when here to stay to get the needed items in your room, next time I'll come by here on our first night in town.
