The person I spoke with at this time (who I found out name is Christina) was incredibly rude and spoke to me in a condescending and degrading manner. Rather than helping, she responded with remarks like "Do you even know what pharmacy you're calling?" and "I don't know what you're talking about." This is unacceptable behavior for someone working in healthcare, where clear communication and professionalism should be the standard. Patients deserve respect when calling about their medications. The pharmacy hours say their break is from 1:30-2:00pm, but when I showed up at 1:05pm the pharmacy was already closed and staff had left. I understand people need breaks, but the posted times should match reality. Either update the hours or stay open until the time that's advertised. The pharmacist(s) are horrible. They were late to work, and had an unwelcoming body language. The attitude they providing with a horrible tone for asking questions for the unclear feedback was over the top. I was called to confirm three items were ready, I arrived the next day to hear from Kevin whip I have no idea of his last name, because he didn't have his badge on. So the picture attached was who I was speaking with I informed him ahead of time that I would be taking this photo and he approved. The way he threw my receipt after asking for his supervisor was truly uncalled for. This person needs communication and customer service skills because he does not "active listen" to understand what I was asking the rudeness of cutting me off. Now let's talk about his manager (the role model) for this space Kristine wow! I tried to inform her of my situation, which clearly she does not care from the experience I've had. All I wanted was my prescription which the automated system informed me was ready, then to show up and hear it's not. Tried to understand why I got the notification and to be shut down by this person, and no education on the 2/3 orders- because her toxic, unhealthy ways lead me to depart to allow her uncontrollable frustration of me simply asking a questions on my order. When I was leaving I spoke with management Mary and she was truly helpful: I called the pharmacist to see if my last order to be transferred and when i provided my information Kristine said we can't don't that you'll have to call the pharmacist to make that transfer, and hung up in my face. Called to check up on the status of my prescription and ended up getting an attitude filled awful response by Christina the pharmacy manager.. asking PERSONAL questions about my medication and insurance that had absolutely nothing to do with me asking if my prescription was ready. She told me I shouldn't be taking the medication MY DOCTOR PRESCRIBED ME and then asked me why im taking it if it takes 3 months for it to work (not her problem if it works or not that's my doctor and I to figure out) and if im willing to pay 1400 for the medication (hella pocket checking me when I have received/purchased this medication elsewhere with no problems or extra unnecessary questions asked or opinions made) This has been unfortunately the worst/ disgusting experience i've ever had over the phone! I like this store because they have what I need when I need it. There is rarely a line and they have the social distancing measures to keep us safe. I also like coming here to reload my clipper card. They usually have a cashier or two working and the lines aren't bad. When I need something from a drug store, this is where I go. Unfortunately, you can't order and pick up batteries and that was an issue because they had the battery for my car key fob, but I didn't want to go inside to look for it and wait in line. Another issue is the parking lot, which has lots of twists and turns to enter. But other than those two things, I like going there. read more

Absolutely horrible service with regards to immunizations (Covid booster). I waited over an hour to receive the paperwork to fill out. Trying to talk to a pharm tech was pointless, they are short tempered and when you do find one to ask about wait time (this was at 45 mins of waiting) they reply with "I will check" with no follow up. The pharmacist and techs just look at you sitting there waiting and waiting and waiting. The manager was called by another person waiting and that interaction was also pointless. Well, we did get our paperwork once the manager got involved but the pharm tech snapped back that we would have to wait another 20 minutes! Do yourself a favor and go to another Walgreens. read more

The phone service is horrendous!!! When encountering a 15 minute wait I got transferred for no reason and then hung up on. Twice more I called waiting 1 hour each time pharmacy clerk answered my call and hung up on purpose. Do not try to do business by phone!!!! In person my situation was resolved within 20 minutes. Called at 5:00 pm and was on hold for a hour and a half. After that I hung up as they close at 6:00 pm. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. If I could give this place zero stars I would. We came in to drop off our film camera to get it sent out for printing. We came back two weeks later and they never sent it out! The manager said we would get a discount for the inconvenience and that they were going to take note of it. Two weeks later we came in for pick up and they never took note of the discount. On top of that, the pictures came out terrible! If you want to bring in your photos to a spot that will ruin your photos and not keep their word on the discount, then this is the spot for you. Lines are always to the end of the store, with employees taking their precious time fulfilling prescriptions that are urgently needed for many. They always have "system issues" when their app tells you your prescription is ready, and even when you go to pick up your prescription a day later .. it still isn't ready. The pharmacy at this walgreens is trash. I went with my daughter to get covid tests. You have to wait in the drive through which took a long time. We took the test and got the instructions for follow up. We had a flight 3 days later so this should have been sufficient time to get results back on time. The Lab reported 24-48 hours after they receive samples. Fast forward 3 days... no result, not even confirmation that lab received our test. I had to pay to rebook our flight, lost a day of vacation and rental fee, ended up having to pay $120 per test at another sight for rapid results. So going to walgreens cost me around $650 on fees. The lab was unhelpful and said it must have been a shipment issue. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. Go to a site that does local lab testing. read more

The store is always a little messy, customer service is average, and lines are typically a little long at the register. However, I do take advantage of their lower prices over Long Drugs (now CVS) and there are certain services I enjoy, such as ink cartridge refilling. The refills only run $12 and in contrast a new cartridge runs about $30 or more. The store stocks everything you need from a general store and has a pharmacy, that I've yet to try. Horrible service came in to drop off my aunts prescription at 11:37 am and was informed by management that the prescription would not be ready until 4pm due to the fact that they needed to take lunch and also because they weren't fully staffed. It is now 4:07pm and after waiting it this long line I was informed by TJ & Deanna in the pharmacy department that her medicine was not ready nor processed and then Deanna gave me an attitude like oh well we are short staffed and that she didn't have corporates number nor did she attempt to get it for me.
