AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH PHARMACY! My daughter had her baby January 3, 2026 after a c-section and we had a wonderful experience with at IMC (Intermountain Medical Center). The nurses and doctors were amazing. Here's the part that's AWEFUL. The doctor called in her medication at 11am, my daughter confirmed with Walgreens that the medication was being filled at noon but they were busy and to come back in an hour. The medication was still not filled, so they came at 3pm and still couldn't get the medication filled. I went through the drive through at 7pm and the guy at the window said it wasn't ready and to come in and they'd get it filled. So of course I'm a bit frustrated at this point and when I come in, I go to the window and ask why it wasn't ready yet. The pharmacist, who's picture I've added said, she's in line and their getting everyone taken care of in a line. I'm sure I'm not the only one that thinks that heartburn, cold, pimple and other trivial ailments should not be taken care of before a girl that's been ripped open from hip to hip and is excruciating pain. He's treating this like a McDonalds restaurant. Not to mention, if there's a 40 minute wait at the drive through and nearly the same inside, SOMETHING IS WRONG! What is going on Walgreens? You're not doing a good job for the people you're serve. read more

Well I'm here at Walgreens, and I'm very glad there is one here. I had to switch my prescriptions to here and they accommodated my need. It was amazing how quickly they did this for me. They have everything here from produce to cosmetics. It is actually a really decent place when you need something quick and convenient. Plus the pharmacy is open from 8:00-22:00 hours. And open on the weekends, look if you need anything to just something and need an order filled this is the place. They are way nice and good customer service. Thanks again! read more

Wow. After having multiple less than stellar experiences myself at this Walgreens- the camel's back has been broken today. My dear friend is suffering with an eye infection that is very painful. Her Dr called in her prescription approx 11:40am this morning! As I write this it's 7:46pm and the prescription is STILL NOT READY. I know this, because I know she isn't feeling well, and offered to pick it up for her. I have now waited, and waited, and WAITED. She has called repeatedly, mentioned that she is in a lot of pain, yet spoken to an un-kind, emotionless "representative" who has done nothing to help or expedite her prescription. She has tried calling back several times and just put on hold endlessly. I am waiting on hold as I write this. I also previously dealt with a (young, blond,) male pharmacy tech who was literally almost HOSTILE when I went through the drive thru to get my script. I meant to leave a review then, with his name I sadly forgot. This horrible incident today reminded me. WISH we had a CVS closer by, as I'd never go to Walgreens again. This is no one to treat the public- much less a sick person in need of medicine asap!!! :( read more

I have never had an issue returning something to Walgreens in my whole life. with or without a receipt. After being there for 30 minutes waiting for the associate to figure out what the hell she was doing. The manager came over don't know her name but she has a huge ass nose ring in the middle of her nose and blonde money pieces in her hair. As a walgreens manager She was so rude and handled the situation horribly. Just because I didn't have a receipt she said "we don't know if you actually bought this from our store, so I'm not going to return it" what made me so frustrated was because she was treating me like a child. Usually they are pretty good but lately they have not been good at updating statuses in the system and it's been taking DAYS to get needed prescriptions. Had to wait days for them to get something in stock, Went to go get it after it said ready for pickup and they put it back on the shelf already. So here goes another day of waiting. read more

I want to give the benefit of the doubt to the pharmacists, because I'm not sure what is causing the problems with this place. It seems like they are sufficiently staffed, and maybe it is drive through COVID tests that are increasing their workload to unmanageable levels. I don't get my prescription here. I did once and now I drive 45 minutes away to a different pharmacy. The reason being is that no matter what time you to- morning or afternoon- there is always a line the goes through the aisle it's so long. There is often confusion when filling prescriptions, the pharmacist filled it without insurance once even though I had insurance on file with them. I'm not be 100% sure what's going on with this pharmacy but they cannot handle the workload they're being given so I would recommend going to a less crowded pharmacy. read more

This must be the worst managed pharmacy of all Walgreens. Just plan on having at least a 30 min wait anytime of day. They appear to have 5-6 people working behind the counter and all 6 are completely inefficient. I've tried to be patient to see if it improves, it has only gotten worse with time. I've always had a good experience walking into this place. The employees at the register are almost always exhaustingly perky and kind, even with a mask on. The pharmacists and assistants could use some cues from the regular employees when it comes to customer interaction. I just thought it would be good to note that the employees do a great job at bringing a little joy to a currently droopy world. read more

While out visiting family we had to make a quick stop for some items we'd forgot to pack. I was also looking for some drinks and snacks for the road. Besides one employee stocking shelves I did it see anyone else. I did appreciate that he asked if I needed any help. The store was very clean and organized. I was disappointed in the lack of service at the check out. After putting my items on the counter I didn't even get any eye contact or hello. Nothing. Once it was rang up I was told my price and told have a good day. To me customer service should at least warrant a greeting and attention to the customer. read more

The pharmacy was very helpful on the phone and made a recommendation on an alternative they might have in stock for the doctor to send over. Did not have any wait time at all on a Sunday afternoon. read more

I went here knowing what i needed and since i knew what i needed, i did not spend much time looking around the store for other items i need However i have been for all my passport photos i needed and while it has been a good experience, too often i have had to go fetch someone to get my photo as there seems no one manning the photo section unlike walgreens in lehi. The POS section staff however were friendly and quick at billing. Overall too short and too focused shopping to really know anything more indepth in terms of shopping experience and hence recommendation is based on what i have experienced based on my limited time spent shopping at this walgreens store which appeared to be okay to me. read more

The pharmacist lies to patients and the final straw was today. I had dental surgery. Pain specialist doctor is the one and ONLY person to give pain medication. I just had surgery, allergic to NSIADS, had literally 15 pain pills faxed to this location. Refused to fill. Why? Because I use a different pharmacy (which was closed after my procedure). I was asked "why do you need these?" ... umm non of you business... but said "dental surgery"... "this isn't your doctor." .... ummm "it's always the same and the name is ____." The pharmacist man and woman (who also told my husband his passport wasn't valid ID, so he printed out their terms before he could get his blonde pressure pills)... had a "oh crap" look then said "you have another medicine that, in my opinion, will work better for you." ummmmm what?!?! "That's not what my doctor feels as he KNOWS my medical history." Then the last ditch BS.. "I won't give this to you until YOU have your doc call me." Ummm again, that's the pharmacist job... not mine after surgery and will now be forced waiting for the next 4-13 hours depending on doc office. PS. Anyone else who has issues here, can report pharmacist to the Pharmacy Board. Just as an FYI if you are feeling bullied by sadistic power tripping pharmacists. I have shopped here for years and never had much of a problem til recently. I was trying to get some things checked off my list since I work over full time. I purchased and paid for a couple gift cards online. I got two emails saying my curbside was ready to be picked up. I went inside instead since i ended up also needing batteries. I waited at the photo shop for 45 min while they tried to find a manager. They Called 3 times!! Then after being asked to show proof my bank was charged, I left empty handed saying it would hopefully return to my bank account. The next day I get another email saying my curbside is ready so I called. The new manager says it's all fixed and I can pick them up!! But then I get another call after that saying it really isn't. I have to be credited back to purchase again which I will not be doing. I will go to Smiths! I then received an email saying I canceled the purchase!! I would give no stars if it was possible. Floors me the lack of training a big chain like this would have!! They all look at you like deer in headlights. Avoid here if at all possible! read more

I don't understand what's going on with this pharmacy. And by the looks of other reviews, it's not surprising. I had a prescription sent over on Tuesday, (it's now Friday), and I called for an update and they said they were out of stock of it but it would be in the next day. cool. I call the next day, now they're saying there's no record of a prescription for my son now. What? But they somehow find it and say it will be ready in 90 min. I couldn't pick up that day (Wednesday), so I go in Thursday to pick it up and again, no record of the rx!? And now they're out of stock again. I decided to have my provider send over my son's prescription to Costco and within 30 minutes of doing so, it's ready to be picked up. Never using Walgreens again. read more

Horrible wait times. Trying to call the pharmacy to get an update on your Rx is a complete joke. Last time I tried I spent at least 1.5 hours on hold waiting to talk to someone. They (call center somewhere) said my answer had to be provided to the actual pharmacy and transferred my call. I waited an additional hour before I had to disconnect to actually get back to work and life. Last time I went to the pharmacy there was a long line to speak with anybody. I understand they added a few covid services (including testing from the drive up window). I understand a business wanting to cash in on the pandemic, but doing so without ensuring proper staffing is horrible customer service experience. I'll be asking my Dr to move my Rx's to another pharmacy. Walgreen's lost my business for good. read more

If only I can give a '0' star, I would have given Walgreens in Saratoga Springs a zero star. In any case, I'd just like to share my experience with them today. I'm still frustrated and angry about what happened but I can't do anything. My wife and I bought a OneTouch UltraMini Blood Glucose Monitoring System from them to replace our existing one for my Mother-in-Law. My mother-in-law has one but she's running out of strips already and her unit is different from what we can find available here. So the following day when it's time to use it, my sister-in-law found out that it's not working - not turning on at all. I went back this afternoon explaining to them and found out that the battery needs a replacement. The system came with a battery but for some reason it wasn't working out of the box. They were courteous enough to say to replace the entire system, but I told them that it might just need a new battery and they agreed. So they replaced the battery and the system turned on. So I went home and set it up. I went through the step by step setup and was able to set the time, year and date perfectly fine. The next step is the setup of the strip and to put in the code of the strip. After putting in the strip, as per instructions, nothing happened. The instructions said that it should turn on and that I should be able to key in the code for the strips. After trying it numerous times, it still won't turn on and ask for the code. It made its way up to the "- - - mg/dL" display but never to the code entry point of "C - - " as the instructions depicted. I searched the internet to see how exactly it would happen when you put in a strip. The video from the internet showed an instantaneous displaying of "C - -" the moment you enter the strips. So from there I know that something's wrong with the unit itself. I guess the first symptom was the fact that the battery that the unit came with is already dead. The unit must have died and wasted the battery. In any case, I hurried my self back to Walgreens to get the replacement they're offering awhile ago. Low and behold, now they can't replace it and the first thing that the pharmacist said is that they don't have time and personnel to go through the step by step setup procedure. I told them that I can do it for them just to make sure that the unit is really busted. That's when it started to go downhill. First she asks me to call up the 800 number of OneTouch to figure out if the unit is really defective. I told her that it's a simple instructions (in fact, the unit only has two buttons to press) and I felt like she doesn't believe me or I must be stupid or something. In any case, I called up the 800 number because I know for a fact that it's broken. Me and the OneTouch operator went through the set up process again and he declared it as dead and I informed him that I'm calling him from the pharmacy trying to replace the unit. The OneTouch operator said that they will overnight a unit and we should have it by Thursday. I ask him if I can get a replacement unit from the Pharmacy instead since it'll be two days by then that my mother-in-law hasn't tested. He ask to speak to the pharmacist and I heard something about Walgreens might not be able to get credit for the replacement unit and that she's not allowed to make that decision at that time. I know this is already a long review, but I can't help it. Here she is, willing to replace it awhile ago and now she suddenly doesn't like to replace it after knowing that they won't be given credit and just asked me to come back the following day (tomorrow) and talk to the manager. I asked if I can talk to the manager and she said that he's already gone. I asked if she can call her so that I can speak to him and she said she doesn't know his phone number. I mean give me a break. I know it's late (Tuesday 8/11 8:30 pm) in her shift and everyone's tired and probably they're under staff (there were like four pharmacists there, it's not like she's the only one present), but the way she asked me to just leave and come back tomorrow and turn her back on me and walk away and go to a monitor was so rude. She's concerned that she might loose her job by giving a replacement to a broken system (which by the way, she was willing to replace awhile ago) that they might not be given a credit but she's not worried that about my situation that my mother-in-law hasn't tested at all for a day (she needs 2x readings) now. I mean, she could have at least empathized and explained it in a very nice way. I'm already frustrated and she could have at least comforted me and not act so rude. Talk about customer service! I mean, where's the "at the corner of Happy and Healthy" value proposition of Walgreens there? Customer service is missing. I should just have taken her offer of replacement the first time. After my second return (with a bad unit even with a new battery) and maybe even because it's late at her shift that she suddenly just wanted to get rid of me. read more

This is, by far, the best pharmacy I've been to. It beats Costco's wait times and "too busy" staff and it beats Smith's "when I get to it" attitude. Their drive up window (9-10:00) is open later than Smith's (8:00) and the pharmacist and techs are kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. I've had great experiences at Walgreens. The pharmacist takes the time to chat with me about my questions and concerns. It's open nice and late which is soooo convenient. It's in a great location. I don't have to navigate insane parking lots. They also had my rx transferred from a different pharmacy soooo quickly. Highly recommend. read more

Came in for a quick and simple flu shot. Said my birthday was incorrect on insurance even though I've used my insurance card plenty so I know it's correct. Called insurance and they said they would call the pharmacy where they were put on hold for 20 minutes. They also said the claim for the shot was never even sent through by the pharmacy so I'm not sure the pharmacy tech even tried to do it or was just being lazy. Terrible customer service. Years ago, I used to fill my prescriptions with Walgreens until there was an issue with my prescription refill. I had gotten a text message saying my prescription refill was out but they were contacting my doctor to verify a refill. Then later I received a text message saying it was ready for pick-up. I didn't have time to pick up my prescription until a Saturday, once I was completely out. When I got there I was told that my medication was NOT refilled and that I would have to call my doctor to get an authorization. When I asked why I had gotten a text telling me they had already gotten an authorization and refilled it, they couldn't tell me why but told me it was my responsibility to call the pharmacy and confirm the prescription had been refilled no matter what the text messages said. What is the point of the text message service if you have to confirm they are correct? At that point, I might as well call the refill in. I also asked why they could not have called me and told me there was an issue before driving all the way to the pharmacy? They told me they don't have time to call every customer that has prescription issues. But they have time to answer a phone call from EVERY customer calling to confirm their text messages saying prescriptions are ready????? Of course, this was a Saturday which meant I would have to wait until Monday to call my doctor for a prescription refill. This was when I transferred all my prescriptions from Walgreens. Then today, I find out that my insurance company will only cover maintenance medications if they are filled at Walgreens. You're kidding, right? Its been a few years so I give them the benefit of the doubt and think maybe things have improved. I get on their website, create an account, and try to transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens. Except their website does not work. I try to chat but they can't tell me what the problem is nor can they fix it. Useless. I have to call and have the prescription transferred. I have zero confidence that anything associated with Walgreens works as claimed or as it is supposed to. I guess if you strike up an agreement with insurance companies so their clients can only get prescriptions filled at Walgreens, then customer service no longer matters. read more

I went to this location on a Sunday morning. I was very nice,even when I have a case of strep throat. I tried to fill my prescriptions and the pharmacy tech was just rude. She told me it would take 15 minutes and that I needed to come back. I asked for my license back so I could drive away and she threw such attitude. I left and when I returned a new pharmacy tech gave attitude. What is going on at this location? If they think I have to go here there nuts! The store was clean and had what I wanted but please hire people that have problem solving skills and people who know basic arithmetic. At checkout, my card strip couldn't be read, and the girl didn't know how to enter my number for the transaction. I then paid with cash and mentioned that I had change. She rang it up with my $10 bill but didn't add my $.25. She couldn't do the simple math of subtracting 12 from 25 to give me my correct change, even when I told her the answer several times. She finally had to get a calculator and struggled to enter the numbers. I can't imagine e the frustration of others in line behind me. read more

Kirkpatrick Drug recently closed in Saratoga Springs. We transferred all our prescriptions to Walgreens. Now we are transferring them to Walmart. These Walgreens pharmacists are predators that care first about $. They could have saved me $120 on one prescription by giving me a bigger pill and telling me to cut it in half at home. That is what Kirkpatrick drug did with the same prescription. Walgreens tricked us into paying more. The next day when I realized what they had done I went back and talked with them about it. They refused to work with us. They took our money and would not give it back. If you want a pharmacist that has your back and cares about you and your kids first don't go to Walgreens. They care about $ first. You are their customer not their patient or friend. Feels more like they are selling you a used car then helping you find a way to afford your medicine. read more
