These weren't refills, these were new prescriptions which I wanted to get started on. They weren't specialty drugs that might have to be ordered - just regular blood pressure and statin prescriptions. My son called me and I told him to tell them I had a flight out the next morning. They told him they didn't have the prescription. Mind you, I can't go anywhere else at this point since I wasn't given a paper prescription. What has health care turned into today? Staff are almost never at the registers and rarely paying attention to what's going on near them. When the self checkout has an error, it takes forever to find and flag down an employee. They are always out of everything and the restocking schedule is weird and unpredictable. To top it all off, I don't mean to be unkind but one employee there smells so bad that I have to cover my nose and mouth the keep from vomiting whenever he's nearby. Someone needs to have a conversation with him about hygiene and deodorant - like he literally leaves a trail of stench everywhere he goes. It's really bad.

While picking up a prescription at the drive through my debit card was not returned to me. I…read moreinformed woman at the window she did not give me back my debit card to which she continued to argue with me that she had. I had to physically go inside the store and insist that they look for my debit card. She told me she absolutely gave it back to me and was going to check the cameras to prove it. Wouldn't you know 30 seconds later she finds the card, that she never looked for in the first place. She handed it to me and says "Ohh honey is this your card?" She never apologized for treating me like a criminal. She was rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and downright indignant. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this or any other Walgreens. Disgraceful.
