My latest Walgreens experience was my last at this location. I browsed local stores online to check allergy nasal spray inventory. This Walgreens was one of the only stores around with stock. I was hoping for a quick transaction, in and out. Instead, I had a bizarre experience. The nasal spray was locked. I asked the employee stocking inventory in the aisle to please unlock the shelf when she has a chance. She was not pleasant at all, scanned me up and down multiple times. After she returned with the key, she said that she must carry the spray to the checkout and I must follow her very sternly. I've been to this and other stores, but this is the first time someone had to carry a locked item to the checkout. It was strange, but I was ok with it and just wanted to expeditiously get my item. I stopped to look at other items I originally came in for (gift wrap) on my way to checkout. I then noticed a tense gaze at me from employees. I decided then that this is a very strange experience and I will not be purchasing any additional items here. At checkout, three (!) employees completed my checkout while just staring at me and ensuring that the transaction would go through. It's about my millionth time at this Walgreens. All my transactions go through and I am pretty routine in my purchase. I come in very frequently to buy various items. All previous ones were pretty poor in terms of service but this one just crossed the line. I don't understand this targeted behavior for someone who walked in, walked right up to the aisle, asked to unlock the item, wanted to check out, and get a few more items. How can one transaction derail to this extent? I'm pretty upset about this experience and won't return. I'm sharing here so others know what to anticipate from this location. Worst customer service ever! I Arrived before closing but they had already boarded up the pharmacy. And they took several days to fill my prescription of an anti-biotic that is fairly common. Awful. read more

Zero stars! Every single time I come here it's always something. Today I sat at the pharmacy drive through for over 25 min before anyone answered the call button. There were no customers inside. Then the gal tells me my prescriptions that were sent over by my physician 2.5 days prior weren't ready. I'm not saying they aren't short staffed or aren't busy but come on! This is a management issue! It's just unacceptable! read more

I called looking for an item i had a hard time finding, when i called they where quick to see if they had the item in stock, i then arrived at the store and found the item with ease. The workers where very nice read more

I wish I could give negative stars. This was one of the best pharmacies but now they forget the auto refills, hours are cut in half, the drive-up window is closed half the time and they are saying due to shortage. Well here is one suggestion, only do pharmacy items, so if customer has 1 prescription and 10 different half price items, send them to the register for the 10 items. Simple. read more

Today I had quite the experience. As a college student I worry about money, and usually when I pick up my prescriptions I use a value to coupon which has worked every time. Today a African American mid 30s woman with birthmark on her right arm ( i didn't get her name just her, can only describe her from her appearance ) said she my card wouldn't work, so I would have to pay a sum off 405$. Now I had to drive 25 mins home and back to pick up my cash and when I got back another pharmacy employee named "Mira" instantly put a coupon on for me which sum can to 35$. The other employee was to lazy to type in a 20 digit code and had no problem with me paying 400$ and another commute. Thank god for Mira. (today was 9/11/16, hope a manager sees this and talks to his crappy employee) What a horrible person read more

The average wait time in the drive-through pharmacy runs about 30 minutes, so don't think you can circumvent the pharmacy issues mentioned by the other reviewers that way, either. When we finally got someone to acknowledge us (after ringing the bell three times in 30 minutes), it was still a 10 minute wait before they got the prescription for us... even though we'd called ahead. read more

Rarely can I get out of the pharmacy drive through quickly or without problems. They have two lines but they might as well have one. Many times they will not have prescriptions ready despite it being hours or a day after the confirmation that it is ready. Switched everything to CVS. read more

I've always had great service - but please make the store more presentable. The steel blinds are always down over the front windows, making the interior dark and the exterior uninviting. The interior lights are always half off, making it even more of a cavern inside. read more

Very rude pharmacist named Dane. Horrible communicator with zero customer service skills. Refused to fill my prescriptions after making several mistakes and repeating incomplete answers to my question and telling me to "calm down" on the phone. I don't need a young man telling me to calm down! Most women don't react well to that kind of condescension, What's worse is that the other pharmacist had no interest in my side of the story and stood by him blindly because he is her "partner." He was tremendously disrespectful to me and was so aggravating that he drive me to anger and I was disrespectful to him in return. But his actions don't matter according to her. I suggest they send him to communication classes. They gave me my prescriptions back and I simply took them to another pharmacy where the staff is kind and understanding. They lost a customer for life. Too many other pharmacies around to take that kind of crap. Avoid this Walgreens for Pharmacy needs. I will say that the store manager was very understanding and cool. Don't blame her a bit. I predict many people will have problems with Dane unless he is trained in dealing with customers and giving them answers that actually make sense. Can a pharmacist deny a fill because he had his feelings hurt because someone disrespected him? I guess so. I don't think he can handle the job. Too much pressure for him.
