They saw my package said it needed to be refrigerated and they did that. They also called Kaiser to ask if it was a mistake since they have no agreement with Kaiser for things like this. Kaiser called me immediately and verified my identity. Greg was the pharmacist who helped me out. He called a couple of times to Kaiser. Greg..: thank you for being so consistent.
