You would think that mustache wax would be easier to find, but it's not. Someone mentioned to me that Sally's carried it and I did a search for the closest one and was surprised to find that it's right in the same plaza as the nearest Publix. So I went. If anyone should ask, yes they do carry mustache wax. And at a good price. So, now I can start working on training my unruly facial hair. That's the picture I need to post.

I accidentally grabbed the semi permanent and I needed permanent, I also bought toner and the clear never even looked and after I was home and used to tubes with semi permanent and toner realized I made a mistake, all I did was go back and asked to exchange for permanent which was still part of my last order, same cost and everything. Only a few days from each return. They refused to do the exchange for the same price. The cashier couldn't figure it out and just said no I can't. I couldn't get an answer why. I am very disappointed at this and may have to take my business somewhere else that knows how properly preform an order ven exchange. Amazon can sell me the same product for about the same. Instead I was charged full price to exchange... This is ridiculous!!!! Very disappointed in service.

This is honestly the worst Ulta location I have ever been to. The cashiers have absolutely no sense…read moreof urgency, and the manager is even worse. I don't know her name, but I'm referring to the larger woman who is a manager there. Every single time I go when she's working, the lines are ridiculous. I usually go out of my way an extra 20 minutes to the Deerfield location. There have been multiple times where a cashier needs an override, needs a return approved, or needs some other type of assistance, and she is nowhere to be found. Meanwhile, she's helping a customer shop for makeup while being paged multiple times, and everyone in line is just standing there waiting. There is no reason one customer should be holding up an entire line for 20 minutes while she shows them every single brand of makeup in the store. What's even more frustrating is that there are other employees just walking around who could easily be helping, or she could simply tell the customer she'll be right back so she can take care of the growing line. Instead, she never seems to help when the lines get long and there is zero sense of urgency. This is not how you manage. I've had this experience multiple times at this location, and it is beyond frustrating. The management and lack of customer service here really need to be addressed.
