We use Walgreens because our insurance requires it, but that is not a problem. The staff, especially the pharmacy staff, are friendly and helpful. The only problem I have is that prescriptions are filled from a central hub and it sometimes takes two or more days for them to get to the local store. read more

It really depends on what staff they have. Sometimes the service is great. But when it's not it is really bad. When they make a mistake they will find every reason in the book why it's your fault. Don't trust their phone system. Always call the next day to make sure they got it because usually they don't have it. Especially if your Dr. Takes up to 72 hours to call them in. You will end up without your medication when you need it. This has happened to me three months in a row. Very frustrating. read more

Where do you go to have your prescription just pretty much thrown at you (while the employee in a gray vest mind you continues to talk to the pharmacy tech abt BS.....this pharmacy!! No customer service there for sure. Just pitiful..is all I can say. A "thank you" goes a long way! read more

This place is terrible got a guy here with half a thumb that barely speaks English has all his stuff in order but they won't let him have his pain meds 5 customers ahead me not one customer got there meds they blamed insurance for every occasion and then they close the pharmacy from 130 to 200 and are denying descriptions at this time and turning people away at 125 read more

Not too impressed with the pharmacy. I've had several prescriptions filled in the past month at another location and had no issues. But, we recently moved and this is now the closest option to my house. They had trouble locating my profile, made me pull out every possible form of identification to search for it and then bypassed my autopay information which completely defeated the purpose of signing up in the first place... They aren't 24 hours like most of their other locations, which combined with today's experience does not entice me to continue filling prescriptions there. Even with awesome insurance, they also average $3-$10 more per prescription. read more

Iam sorry. I usually dont give a one star rating to anyone Ive reviewed but this was truly deserving. Unfortunately, healthcare in this country has become a faceless non-caring corporate entity devoid of any sensitively or caring for people in distress. Would a smile or a kind word be that difficult to do? The pharmacy staff look more miserable than the sick patients getting their meds. It takes almost 5-6 minutes in drive-thru for anyone to actually notice you. If you thought going inside the store and standing in line is quicker, think again. Their response time is abysmal, even when you are the only one there. And when they do notice , they seem "bothered" by your presence. My doctor sent a prescription for a pain med to Walgreens. When I called to find out the status of my medication, I was told that they didnt have it in stock and it would be four days before they do. They stated that if I wanted pain med today, I would have to call my doctor back and have him call another Walgreens. I was dumfounded. Their solution was for me to suffer four days of post-op hip replacement pain till the delivery man shows up? If I wasn't in so much pain, I would laugh out loud. No more. Will be changing accounts to another smaller hometown pharmacy where getting a genuine "thank you" is not a big effort. read more

I needed some photos printed out and I tried doing them from the kiosk. I couldn't do it, then I tried every other store in town that had photo kiosks and couldn't get my photos to download. So I went home and tried the Walgreens online app. I completed a photo book only to discover it would not arrive until after I REALLY NEEDED THESE PHOTOS! I called the store in Taylor and I spoke with Zack. He listened attentively as I vented about my dilemma then he assured me he could get the photos to download at the store and make my photo book the same day. I was skeptical but he convinced me to come in and I am sure glad I did!! Zack worked for over an hour helping me get the photos I needed and putting together a professional-looking photo book! He was very kind and patient with me and good to his word, he did everything he said he could do and MORE!! I have a lot of prescriptions. Moved al line to this pharmacy and the pharmacist there have been great. Coming from another location, these folks fill them fast, get back with me if issues or need to call doctor. They also have worked out some deals with me that work out better for me with my insurance. I have had zero issues. read more

I have had to use this particular Walgreens for about 9 months. In that time, I have received terrible customer service at the pharmacy for each and every visit. Even on the phone the service is horrible. The pharmacy technicians are rude, cold and have no common courtesy. I am so happy my insurance no longer contracts with them. read more

Prices aren't the same on the shelf as at the checkout counter. Morons work here and don't keep up with the inventory. They also don't make eye contact or seem to care. read more
