This location is local to me and compared to the improved updated Cedar Lane location, I'm curious why the regional offices haven't done anything with this location, it's been years. At the very least a deep cleaning is over due. In this changing community, bringing in more money from rising taxes, this location should be on the list for a facelift, and that's esthetically and managerial. The workers are pleasant but there is so much turn around it's safe to say management has some backroom struggles. Especially since the counter in cosmetics has been sitting empty for many years. At 9:10 am there were 9 people waiting on line in the pharmacy dept. to either pick up or drop off a prescription. When you're not feeling well, you don't need to stand on a long line. There was another customer waiting at the Express pick up window. No one acknowledged her at all. So much for "Express." Unacceptable customer service. As it turns out, Walgreens was out of stock for the medication I needed and could not say when it would be available - "Maybe it's on back order" was the response. I went to J&J Pharmacy in Teaneck where they were able to fill the prescription. It was worth going out of my way to J&J rather than deal with Walgreens. read more

Let me start by saying I pride my self with having the up most patients. That being said this store is literally down the street from my house and I would rather go miles to another location before ever entering this location again! The store lead Michelle, is the rudest, loudest, most unprofessional person I have ever seen in my life. I can't believe that Walgreens chooses to keep this person employed in there store. I also can't believe some hasn't out right just punch her in the face for the way she speaks AT people. It is clear to me why they hire such young kids in there, because she wouldn't be able to speak to a grown adult the way I have witnessed her speaking to her employees. read more

They take Apple Pay and CVS does not. So I give them five stars. I just bought a mahogany Hallmark birthday card for my daughter. I got a box and a bow to boot. I do not go to CVS any longer since they don't take Apple Pay and they want to capture my bank and personal information against my will. read more

Had my first buster there very professionally handled,like the store, will make an appointment today for the second one

We maxed an appointment for a flu shot and COVID booster shot. 30 minutes after the appointment we are still on line and have not even been registered yet. This is awful for a store to make appointments and not know how to properly take care of their guests. What do these people think, we don't have to get back to work? I would recommend you look at CVS or other options. read more

This Walgreens needs a renovation. It looks so old compared to the others in Bergen county.

Convenient location, easy to run in and grab stuff especially if you get off the bus right out front of the plaza. One thing I didn't understand though was the customer service of the manager Michelle. I get it she had a long line working alone but that's not the customers' fault nor problem, at all times good customer service is a must. Then again I went there a couple days later and stood by the '6 ft apart' sticker waiting to be acknowledged. She and another manager (Sam i think was his name) were so engaged in a RF scanner that for 3 mins I wasnt acknowledged. Then they walked off into an aisle with me still standing there. Finally after 5 or so minutes Sam finally chose to bless me with his concern for what I needed. Unacceptable but its the closest to my house so Ill still be going there lol. read more

while in lovely new jersey i made a quick stop to walgreens to pick up a few things and a few things turned to 2 24 pack of water, scott paper towels, scott doo doo paper , ajax liquid detergent and as seen on tv gadget that works better when shown on tv. good size outdoor parking lot , not too many customers inside and plenty of shopping carts available including the ones all scattered outside. many shelves were empty as folks scoop up whatever is on sale even if its needed or not and i ask the gal putting the halloween candy bags on display if any more scott paper towels are available and in less then one minute i had two 6 packs in my cart (sometimes its good to ask) . the same gal rang me up and i got a coupon for 5 bucks off my next purchase of 20 dollars or more . decent walgreens in new jersey . read more

Not a good place for anything super slow employees not helpfull some of those kids that work at this facility definitely have a low concentration span would never go back again and definitely not recommended read more

I dont really go here for food because there is a shoprite for that. Im judging based on the photos I get, the quality is pretty good and the service is quick The cashiers are also nie. read more

Busy busy Walgreens! I was impressed with the management here. I had an issue with a price and I guess the manager of the store was on the floor. He found the right price and helped me find other stuff too. These pharmacies are like super markets now so it's not that easy to find stuff! Most other big pharmacies like CVS and even other Walgreens have consistent unhelpful and just overall bad service. That was not the case here! read more

I've lived here since this Walgreens opened many, many years ago. This store is always managed very well. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. In fact they are always offering to help customers find what they are looking for. Sure, many times when items are on sale they not on the shelf, but they are always happy to check the back to see if the item is in stock, and if not they gladly give me a rain check. Lines are usually not long and if they are, they usually open up another register to reduce wait time. The store is always clean and well organized. On-sale labels are always placed in advance of the sale. The pharmacy is also good, never had any problems when I've needed a prescription and they were even able to do a "compound" prescription once, a prescription that a private pharmacy refused to fill because it was "too difficult!" On-sale items are usually quite good bargains and sales repeat often, so a rain-check isn't really necessary in most cases. It's a blessing to have a store like this nearby, particularly when there is no full supermarket within walking distance. read more

This is the worst Walgreen's I have ever been to. Usually, on my way to catch a bus at various times, I'll stop in, hoping to pick up a few things for the ride, or just after, when returning home. Invariably, their lines are at least 5-15 people deep, with one cashier, who moves EVER SO SLOWLY, only (when and if I finally get a turn in line) to try to upsell me chocolate and candy, even when I state that I only want what I've selected and brought to the register. Then they depressingly sigh out, "Be well..." and I think to myself, "This has got to be the worst place on Earth to shop OR to work," and I'm left to continue my day, newly demoralized and/or depressed. I'm surprised they're even still in business. read more
