I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a pharmacist anywhere in my over 40 years of practice. They are not interested in helping anyone. They are thoroughly unprofessional. It's obvious that they are employees of a large chain watching the clock tick down to collect their paychecks. I make sure to refer all of my patients to other pharmacies.

I had to come here on 3 different occasions just to get my script filled and in hand. Be careful if they tell you that they don't have a script called in under your name. The 1st time, they just misspelled my name. The 2nd time, they didn't do key in my insurance card properly. Only on the last time was I able to get everything fulfilled properly. It only took 2 calls from my insurance company who explained that everything was in fact, due to the incompetence of the pharm tech(s) I talked to. They also gave me a good tip that if there's ever an issue, talk to the pharmacist directly. -Always talk to your pharmacist if there's a problem -The pharm techs here can't even spell your name properly after you've already spelled it for them

There are two local small pharmacies that carry other gift items too and both of the stores, Prescription Center and Prescriptions Plus in Ossining are appreciative and accomodatating to the customer.

If one orders from Amazon, everything is cheaper, but we don't like Amazon for obvious reasons. Even in comparison with other stores, their prices are pretty high. On the other hand, it is convenient. Driving to a big box store is to be avoided at all costs. Best part of the store is the young and professional staff. They are always extremely pleasant. We really hope that management recognizes how hard they work and how good they are at their jobs. The young cashiers are bright and full of life, and always polite and pleasant. They were also willingly to direct you to the correct aisle if you can't find what you're looking for at the moment.
