I got here right at 6 on Saturday. They already had the screen closed and wouldn't help me refill my prescription that was ready for pickup. I've been sick all day and then found out my doctor sent it here instead of the one I requested. (Not the pharmacy's fault) but still had to drive 30 minutes to this one and then was told that could not pick it up. read more

This is the friendliest and most helpful pharmacy I've ever been to and I've been to them all over the world. The staff is efficient and knowledgeable. Most of the problems associated with the previous reviews are all at a corporate level or an issue with the patients doctors. They deal with idiot customers, doctors offices and insurance companies all day and they still have enough to smile when I get there. read more

My experience with this pharmacy has always been good. We get our medications in a timely manner and they are done accurately. But after yesterday, I would rate my experience as excellent. I had some questions about my child's medication last night - over the phone - and was met with a response from the pharmacist that made it clear he cares, is knowledgeable, and does his job well. 100% recommend. Very rude pharmacist. I told her I was picking up and she rolled her eyes and said "I just got this, it is not ready". I came a few minutes early to give them my new insurance knowing it might not be ready, but would be in the next few minutes. I am honestly embarrassed how they can be so rude. read more

The WORST pharmacy I've ever used! Customer service is worse than Wal-Mart! The employees all have a terrible attitude and are never helpful! They never call that a prescription is out of stock or ready or ANYTHING! You just have to guess that it's been enough time for them to fill the prescription and hope that it's ready and then you'll stand there oR sit in the drive through for 45 Minutes for them to tel you it's out of stock and YOU have to call your doctor and have them send it to another pharmacy! If I could give a zero rating, I would. I've been in the pharmacy for an hour waiting for my COVID booster. The instructions say to get here 15 minutes before your appointment but I was early so I walked in 30 minutes before my scheduled time. The vaccine is not a priority here, get yours done somewhere else. Only 1 couple was checked in before me. They have my card or I'd leave. read more

This is a poor excuse for a pharmacy. The staff (when they actually show up and open for business) are utterly incompetent - I had one lady argue with me about their text notifications after I handed her my damned phone to read the message herself. That leads me to their prescription database computer system, which clearly is no better. I'd say they'd be better off with a pad of paper and a #2 pencil, but I wonder how many of their staff are actually literate. read more

Did not like the service efficiency during my visit. I had to retake my visa pictures and waited for a long time for them to finish. They weren't busy just took a while, he notified us that the station wasn't working not satisfied. read more

Store was scheduled to open at 8am today. Waited 5-7 minutes w/another customer outside only to be told by the manager that he could not open the store by himself. It would be open at 9am until the second employee showed up. There was no sign posted on the door for this delay. Time is money, money is time! H-E-B is across the street & WALMART is up the road, BOTH are open now! read more

The worst! I love Walgreens but this staff is so rude. I just moved to this area and have used them twice to fill a script for a sick kid. The pharmacy goes out of its to be disrespectful to their customers. The clinic is a disaster. The lady working is totally clueless. It took her an hour and twenty minutes, mostly on the phone, trying to figure out how to enter data. Shame on Walgreen's for not trailing her or better yet letting her work. It's hard to get this unprofessional. My appointment started at 9:30 am Friday and I did not get out until after 11:00. I'd run the opposite way from this place. The cost for a simple visit was $109.00 and as I'd had allergy problems a few weeks before and gone across the street to HEB their charge was $45.00. They were booked or I would have gone back. On top of that when I went to Costco for my RX it had never been called in. Total waste of time. read more

I'm being generous with two stars only because the staff is friendly. I have maintenance meds that are refilled monthly and yet there is always some kind of issue when I go to pick them up. If it was the same issue, perhaps it could be resolved, but it seems to vary each time. I'm going to change to a different pharmacy. read more

I would select 0 stars but there is not an option - the customer service is terrible. I picked up my prescription which was eye drops - it felt wet in the box when I took them out like they had been leaking and when I called to let them know they basically called me a liar - so the opposite of customer service. Never will give them my business again - do yourself a favor and take your business to HEB! read more

This walgreens pharmacy is terrible! It doesn't matter if you go inside or drive-thru they are in super slow motion. To get someone to wait on you is damn near impossible. Blow your car horn or go inside and raise your voice - they don't care!! I had my husband in the car directly out of surgery and in need of medication which by the time I was waited on found out they didn't have it! NOT FOR A MONTH!!! Epic failure of a store. Ordered reprints of some photos online. Went to the store but they only had printed two of the 14 pictures. Didn't believe that I ordered them properly. Ordered them again online, they couldn't find them. I went back online and ordered to pick up at another store, they were ready in just a few minutes. Jason, the manager, said that the Walgreens system was the problem. It was best to bring the pictures in on a stick and then print them. Jason, you are an idiot. read more

This Walgreens pharmacy was great when it first opened, but the last 5-10 times that I've used them the service has been terrible. They seem to not have enough employees working to process all the orders and say something will be ready in an hour but it's not ready for another couple of hours. Frustrating! I waited in line for 10 minutes before anyone helped me and this is unacceptable. Very disappointed in this pharmacy lately, hope they get better or more employees. read more

This was the worst experience buying cold medicine I've ever experienced. I told the young man at the counter what liquid cold and flu medicine I wanted (I've been taking for years). I said go ahead and give me four of them because my wife and I both take it twice a day this season. Because we both have chronic sinusitis and get sinus infections very often if we don't take an antihistamine and decongestant. He tells me he can only sell me one. I replied, I've bought several at a time for years and it has never been a problem. He goes to the pharmacist and he says "I'm not sure why the system IS ALLOWING it let me double check. After waiting 15min he comes back and tells me "I'm not sure why you were able to buy multiple at a time, I'm only going to sell you two" I can't believe there literally wasn't an issue, he chose to make it an issue. I felt he was treating me like some drug addict, trying to score smack. Whenever all I'm trying to do is not get a respiratory infection! Horrible customer service! read more
