Walgreen's has been our family's favorite pharmacy since the 1980's. This location is one of those faves. I am familiar with the staff by names and love the customer service! Management seems to be on top. The Pharmacy is great! They need more culture balance though. Black, Latino, Asian. Order took hours to be ready after they said it was ready- wasted trip then back and only 4 of 90 pills, then back and not ready after says on the recording its ready then asked me to wait in line inside after 20 min wait in the drive through for another 4 pills. I've never ever heard of this level of incompetence and I'm 56. Never again will I go here for anything. They refused to send my prescription to another capable pharmacy so now I'll have to wait until Mon. to have doc cancel and re perscribe critical medication. GO ELSEWHERE!!! read more

Horrible attitude from the workers, always understaffed (not the employees faults obviously but still annoying for customers), the pharmacy is so slow it's actually unbelievable, and they're low on stock a lot of the time. i've been getting my medications here for years and i don't remember the last time they actually had my medications ready with no problems or delays, it's ridiculous and i think im finally getting completely fed up with it and im just going to start going somewhere else read more

The store on S. Tracy Blvd is so slow and constantly out of my ADHD meds then it takes an extra week or two to get the refill it's so ridiculous! Wanted to just give thanks and appreciation to an employee that helped me named Corinne. I was having an issue in the photo department and am a little not up on technology but it did not matter as Corinne took the time out of a busy time of day and balanced her work and my request of help in a endearing and professional manner. Nowadays its tough that everything is going towards computer generated connections but she provided awesome customer service and I appreciated her patience and did not want to take that for granted and not say your the best!! The Worst pharmacy I have ever seen. I need to wait at pharmacy for 2hours with a kid for vaccines and they are pretty bad at services. I have seen 5 out of 10 have complaints and I don't recommend this place unless if you are ok to wait hours together. read more

I won't say the pharmacist at the Tracy location has spoken to me in a shitty tone but the pharmacist and staff members have been very dishonest and inaccurate information. I was told one thing one day, then the next day something else to find out 4 days later they had not actually order the medication. They could not fill the full prescription so they gave me a partial but I could not get the remaining partial and ended up getting a new prescription when I had an old prescription in place they charge my insurance for 60, I paid my $5 copay, then I had to pay another $50 copay when I was finally able to get the remaining 30 that was rightfully mine. Are they always filing partial prescriptions so that they can double charge for a copayment? It does make sense. I would be cautious of agreeing to getting a partial of your medication. I have never lost trust in a pharmacy like I have with this Walgreens on Tracy Blvd. how can you trust a pharmacy when you know they have been dishonest with what they have said to you. I kept hearing there's an issue with your insurance but I called my insurance and they said they do not see anything flagged for an issue. Why do they have an automated phone system if it is unreliable? They push you hard to use it but the majority of the time I go to pick up meds and I'm told when I get there there is a problem and that the automated system isn't right it isn't reliable. So why do you offer and push your customers to use this system? This doesn't make any sense at all. I would also like to add why is it every time you go to pick up your meds you are told sorry it's not ready yet come back in 30mins after you just waited in line for 10-20mins. This 1 star review is for the pharmacy. If you ever want to get your meds on time this is the wrong place to have it sent. This is by far the most disorganized pharmacy that I have encountered. No courtesy calls to tell you that it's ready, and you will wait for an unreasonable amount of time before you even get it. I have a medication that I needed to take that day and because of how disorganized this place is I was never able to. After calling them every single hour if its ready they closed. This is a pharmacy, a lot of people need their meds on time if you cannot get it ready on time you should not be in business!!! This place needs to be reported of whoever the pharmacist is.They have screwed up my husband's prescription in the past too I should have learned then. This pharmacy location needs help. I'm not sure if it's the staffing but I see a lot of staff around, right now I see 6 employees walking around. Eversince Savemart closed, we had to go to this location. We really like this location to improve. Please do the best to get better If we schedule appointments, please be on time. Not let us wait for another 45min. Meds Pick up times are an issue too. I had to wait long in the drive thru lane and then they told me to go inside and pick up my meds to wait again. Never using Walgreens again! This is the second time I could not get prescriptions filled on time. First time I was traveling out of town and found out that were not open on Saturday and Sunday due to a pharmacist shortage. This time need a prep kit for a Monday hospital procedure and my Dr. Sent in RX TWICE and Walgreens has no record. And again no pharmacist Sat and Sun so now I have to reschedule with cost to me and recoordinate days off for both me wife and myself. Never using Walgreens again!! read more

We moved here about 2 years ago and I was so happy that there was a Walgreens near us. Every time we come here, staff are always friendly. Pharmacy is good. You are in and out esp when we were getting our C19 injections. They have what I need when I come in the store. One star off was due to the photo area where some of my photos were scratched while they were putting it on the wood it supposed to go on. Few times I came to pickup photos and they couldn't locate them. But overall, I enjoy coming here. Just photos will be ordered a week or 2 ahead of time needed. read more

Terrible service, especially the pharmacy. It has gotten a little bit better but there's only specific people that work there who really know what they're doing. The Walgreens tends to get noisy due to the long lines of customers waiting at the pharmacy. The food that they do have is usually fresh and up to date. read more

Terrible customer service. I wouldn't use them again. I had to do the hand holding to get my cholesterol medicine otherwise the lady had pretty much decided to send me home without my prescription medication. She got stuck on one of the two medications that was back ordered and was stonewalling the other medication too along with it. I walked her through systematically to separate the back ordered medicine from the one that was available and would be ready for pickup. On top of that their communication skill was crappy too. Waiting there for seemingly for ever to pick up my one available medicine. Not sure what they are doing with literally no waiting in the in-store line. There are some drive through folks though. This is the WORST pharmacy in all of Tracy! First of all Walgreens purchased what I can only imagine their near by competitor Rite-Aid stores without telling anyone! Moved all their prescription to Walgreens AGAIN without asking ! and in my opinion really caught people off guard! So I felt like I was forced into going to Walgreens and services really went wayyyy down hill ! So my review is as follows 1. Wait times = less than 1 Star - I get a lot of prescriptions between me and my family and the await time in drive through is 45 minutes to 1 hr - sometimes longer !! OUTRAGEOUS! Then when you get to window your there a long time as the lady is super slow 2. Service = 1 Star as if you have questions regarding your prescriptions the pharmacist is rude and won't help and every time I call the workers are super rude ! 3. Availability = 1 Star - there hours are horrible and not accommodating! This is a commuter town and a lot people can't make it before 7pm and they open late and closes earlier than the competition and closed EVERYDAY for lunch compared to rite - aid and I'm getting tired of hearing their short handed that only works for so long as there are a lot of people that could use a job so hire more people and expand hours ! 4. Miscellaneous=less than 1 Star Refilling prescriptions and insurance! It takes a Really long time to get any prescriptions refilled and it seems like I'm alway have delays for one reason or another! If it's not insurance it's something else ! I have had same insurance for years as well as the same usually prescriptions and it always takes forever to get anything filled and communicate is horrible there ! Just the overall experience is not what I would expect from any pharmacy! Walgreens years ago use to be good but over the years too more recently they have gone really down hill ! They buy out competition but are NOT prepared FOR THE INCREASED OF CUSTOMERS AND WHO SUFFERS WELL IN MY OPINION THE CUSTOMERS . They are not kidding. I am 35 years old with 2 kids. Worse pharmacy I've ever came across. They even ask for a survey over the phone and they do not take you to it. The staff is terrible and poor sympathy. They auto system will also update you about your Rx incorrectly. I don't like leaving negative reviews but this pharmacy is so worthy. 1. PROCESSING- they told me my prescriptions were ready. I went to pick up. I waited 15 mins in line to find they were not ready. So, waited 25 more for them to process and then another 15 in line again. I asked if i could bypass the line since i already waited it in once and they said no. Then i find out some of my prescriptions were still missing. TRACKING SYSTEM. Rather than wait in line again they recommended using their tracking system and to teturm when ready. That system indicated my missing prescriptions were processing. This status never changed for a full week. I finally called and they said they'd process now and to come and pick up. So i was back at step 1 waiting in line again. Not to mention i had already been without my meds for over a week. 2. NO PRESCRIPTION DROP OFF LINE - So you wait in their long line twice to get your prescriptions. 3. DRIVE THROUGH is extremely slow. Ive never waited less than 40 minutes in line. Today i waited an hour. 4. DELIVERY SYSTEM - I opted for delivery on a refill. After 7 days of no delivery. I called and they told me the courier never picked it up. So i ended up having to go and pick it up...back in their long line again. read more

UPDATE 06/07/2022: Recently went inside yesterday to pick up my prescription around 6:15 pm (Drive through had about 6 vehicles) Well staffed and everyone seemed to be working with a sense of urgency. The lady told me it would be approximately 35 minutes to fill it as they were working on it. It actually only took about 20 minutes. I'm glad to see gradual improvements at this location. read more

I had a prescription transferred over the phone from another Walgreens in the Bay Area to this location. I spoke to a lady over the phone to make sure the transfer went through successfully and she told me it did. They also told me it will only take 30 minutes. I get there 2 hours later and waited 45 minutes for them to call me back to the register. Once I got to the front, they then decided to tell me my medication will not be available for another few days because they are out of stock. I don't appreciate being told it will be ready when it is not even in stock. The wait time did not bother me but I am very dissatisfied with the quality of service. I don't plan on ever returning back to this pharmacy. read more

I visit this Walgreens at least three times per week. Sometimes, I'm picking up small knick knack items but the main reason i visit is; It's one of two locations in town that have an actual Navy Federal Credit Union ATM machine. The other location is 7 miles away at the only other Walgreens on the Northside of town. Customer service at this location is hit and miss. Sometimes I'm greeted coming in the door but most days, I'm not. I sometimes wonder if I give off a "thug life" vibe or something worse. Doesn't really matter though. What others think of me is really none of my business. The only reason I mention the random greetings in this review is because it validates some of the other reviews and their opinions. To those reviewers I want you to know, your not alone. This Walgreens is nothing special. Higher prices for some things and deals on items for sale. They rank somewhere in the middle in my opinion. read more

This review is for the pharmacy. If you think your prescription will be filled promptly - think again. Time after time I have gone to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription (that oh by the way was electronically sent in several days prior) and it is not ready. Sadly, while waiting in line, I hear other customers up at the window being told the same thing. And oh by the way - in VERY small print under the pharmacy business hours you will read that they are closed from 1:30 to 2:15 for lunch. Learned that one the hard way - I'm done! read more

I am a very recent Walgreens customer which was very happy with SaveMart. Now with SaveMart closed we are forced to go to Walgreens. My meds were supposed to be ready on Monday went to the store it took approximately 45 min. In line for them to tell me it was not ready. I came back the next day when they said it would be ready by 10 AM I was there waiting another 45 min for them to tell me the doctor has not renewed it, I asked them why I did not get a phone call like SaveMart would she then told me that I can be put on a text system, why didn't they offer that in the first place? This store is so dirty both times I have come in an the line is so long and not COVID friendly and the drive thur was lined up. One would think they would staff up with save mart closing. Also instead of the consult line being used after purchasing the pharmacist goes up and consults on the check out stand tying up the clerk for 20 mins. So unorganized to have enough staff on hand for the increase of customers. Also everything in the isle I was in items on the shelves were riffled thru do to people waiting so long they were reading labels. Did I say the store was dirty floors were dirty carpet in the front was so matted down with dirt it just gross. The best thing for myself and family is to find another pharmacy. I sometimes drop by here during the last leg of my walking workout in the morning to check if I needed some things. The lady that work the cosmetics counter is always cheery and helpful especially during early mornings. I didn't really have any major concerns about this place which some of the reviewers had since I really only purchased minor things here eg. toiletries, cosmetics, etc. This place is right around the corner for me so I can just drop by if I needed something and sneak in some needed exercise along the way. The only thing that bummed me out is that I can't use their pharmarcy since they had a falling out with my insurance carrier here so I would have to play full price if I wanted to fill my prescriptions here. But other than that, this place is very convenient for me. read more
