I have this pharmacy since they open and everybody is very nice there. If I try a new medication, the pharmacist calls me and ask how I feel with the medication. It's the best place to get an opinion and a prescription. Thank you read more

Always friendly people working no matter the day of the week. Always find some sneaky good deal on anything (food included) substantially lower than Publix next door. I like coming here as I rarely have to wait. read more

Horrible service, no ability and attitude to speak to Pharmacist. They could not tell me if I was billed for a partial order or not, they billed the wrong insurance. It was easier to have my scripts sent somewhere else rather than deal with them again. read more

Rude staff. Unprofessional demeanor. Several staff went out of their way to reprimand me for random things like sipping a drink in the store while waiting for a prescription (I was a paying customer, and also had just lost a lot of blood lol). Jerks. read more

I am new to town and have to say that I always love a Walgreens. Highly preferred to CVS for me. Unfortunately, there are some younger staff at this particular pharmacy have been incredibly unprofessional and rude over the last 2 weeks. I always want to give people the benefit of the doubt and for the 1st few days of sorting my prescriptions, I had open mind: maybe she doesn't feel well?, crashed her car on the way to work?, stressed about a test?, her dog died? But after several interactions... one person in particular seems to constantly be in a bad mood, never makes eye contact, never smiles, and recently told me with a smirk and annoyed tone "you will just have to be patient." She is not wrong of course.... but the lack of empathy (!) and lack of patience that she is displaying is appalling! She seems angry. Does she hate her job? People come to a pharmacy counter b/c they need something related to health. Consumers are likely to not be feeling well, they may be stressed, nervous, even scared. They need to be greeted by someone empathetic, patient, positive... at the very least... not mean or rude. If she worked on my team, she would be moved to a role where she did not interact with paying customers if her behavior continued after coaching. Who is responsible for managing the non-pharmacist staff? Based on my interaction with her, my opinion is that she needs immediate coaching and feedback on how to work with the public to meet the needs of Walgreens consumers. read more

Good size Walgreens with lots of parking. Went in for some snacks tonight and found exactly what we were looking for. The place is clean with big aisles. The gentleman checking us out was decent. read more

Waiting in line to drop off prescription. Lady had problem, I was fourth in line. I watched as a dedicated person was taking care of drive-up window. I stopped counting as 5 vehicles were processed in the 15 minutes I stood in line as lady was taken care off. I don't think people should be penalized for not being lazy and going into store to do business. At least CVS alternates driveup to inside line. read more

i am writing this because while it did not happen to me i was witness to the whole entire situation. i was shopping in this wallgreens location (391 tamiami trail) yesterday evening (new years eve) and there was a gentleman and his young daughter trying to check out. they were asking and NICELY complaining about an item that was placed in the clearance section that was in fact not coming up on clearance yet there was a whole shelf of them in that section.(it was a small stuffed animal his daughter wanted) i went over to look for myself and there was a ton of them there. the gentleman shopping asked the cashier for the phone number for corp offices to call and simply complain the items were in the clearance section and should not have been (no one at the store cared at all including the cashiers) and then the guy working in the store who's name was HENRY (he was very loud and obnoxious i heard everything he said to them) approached the gentleman and started yelling at them. telling them they must be an idiot (yes he actually said that to them) and told the guy he must be drunk and to "go drink some more while you are at it" (again yes he actually said that to them the gentleman shopping was CLEARLY not been drinking) among other things HENRY said to them. i was shocked to say the least i SAW THE WHOLE thing with my own eyes. HENRY could not have been more rude. the young girl started crying because he was yelling at them and then after walking away he kept coming back almost getting in the gentleman's face. HENRY would not let it go. every time he walked away he came back and said something else rude to the man and his daughter. it was totally uncalled for. this was the LAST TIME i will step foot into this store or even any wallgreens possibly. i have never in my life seen someone treated like that for asking just a few times why something was not coming up on clearance yet there was a whole stack of them in that section. my husband has been in retail sales for 18 years and was also shocked when i told him what i saw. i just put my stuff down by the front and walked out during the whole thing. i do not know if anything happened after all of this but i was absolutely disgusted over how HENRY treated the customers over 1 stuffed animal and just a couple of dollars. im writing this because even though it did not happen to me personally i literally saw the whole thing and was just disgusted over it. especially since there was a young lady involved who was probably less then 8 years old. HENRY needs to not be in retail or deal with the public he has issues and i know if this was me he was yelling at like that i would have called the police during the whole thing. i hope that little girl ended up having a good holiday. what a way to be a jerk and try to ruin a little girls holiday. you should be ashamed of yourself HENRY. read more
