The customer service at pharmacy was unbelievable. The young lady at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. Even though I was the only one at the counter, it took a long time to receive assistance. She wanted to argue about the forms that I gave her from the urgent care after my husband was in a car accident. She laughed and joked about it being a clinical summary. I gave her the paper to assist with finding his name in the system. Then she stated I needed proof of insurance, which I understood. However, didn't offer the option to pay cash. It is important to realize when people come to a pharmacy they are already dealing with sickness or traumatic experiences. A little kindness would be appreciated. Went into the photo department to order some photos off of their photo machine from my phone. I asked one lady for help. She answered me while she was walking off that I need to allow the machine to get my photos off my phone. It didn't come up for me to do that so I told her it's not up here. I don't see what you're telling me as she walks off then another lady walks by and I told her I needed some help and she said just a minute and she took off to go to the front register to wait on somebody. She never came back and five minutes later after all the customers have been taken care of at the front and they're gone I'm still in the photo department waiting to get some help and they're up there talking about their yard, the rain you know how long they were at work how long it took them to get home and just every day chitchat with each other while I'm sitting there needing help with this photo machine so I raised my hand like a child and was like you know could I get some help but they were busy talking to each other about personal business and didn't even look down towards the photo department so after I don't know, maybe 10 or 15 minutes one of them comes back over there and I said I don't see the button I'm supposed to push so she starts unplugging the thing and telling me oh that they had some issues with that one and let's see if she can get it to come up and blah blah blah so anyway it finally came up that I needed to allow the machine to get my photos off my phone. I went through the process to order my pictures and I went to the register and asked if I need to come back later and she turned away from me and walked over to the machine that prints the photos and never gave me an answer. I found a few things to purchase from the photo department while being ignored and nobody ever says anything to me while I'm standing in front of the register and they aren't busy and finally I get one lady to give me a little bit of eye contact I said am I supposed to stay here and wait or do I need to come back cause I never got an answer on that and she goes over there and looks at the photo machine that prints and says yeah you're gonna have to come back in 30 minutes and I'm like well that would be nice to know 30 minutes ago cause I have other errands I can run so it was just very disheartening when you have customer service that is giving you no customer service and treating you like you're a nuisance. It will not be my preferred store again. Let me tell you that there's other Walgreens and there's other drugstores. Came in and the store is well organized and clean. In addition, they had what I came for. The associate was pleasurable and friendly. Therefore, I ain't mad. But the price are SF Bay Area all down the aisles. You really need need to be earning at least 120k to live in these parts - for real!!! read more

If you need a prescription filled go literally anywhere else. A carrier pigeon would have been faster than this place and would have had better customer service. The drive thru backs up 10+ cars long and no one inside seems to care, meanwhile the pharmacy waiting area inside is also teeming with people waiting to get their medicine. I waited an hour and didn't get to talk to anyone, so I left and came home. My dad went out later to pick up my medicine and also waited an hour despite me calling ahead hours prior to confirm my medicine would be ready. I was told around 8 PM. The store closed before I ever got my prescription. I guess I will have to deal with the clusterf*** all over again tomorrow for a simple antibiotic. read more

I don't even need to start on their Neanderthal views on abortions and contraception, they suck at their jobs without getting political. My wife and I had 2 appointments for covid testing a few weeks ago. we were first in line, told to wait. Waited an hour for the ONE associate to get through a line 3 times before being seen. Mind you, this girl is doing window, counter and Covid testing while the pharmacist....watches? Really professional. When she finally gets time to do our APPOINTMENTS, she takes us into a stock room and does our tests. She shoved the testing swabs back into their paper sleeves and told us we were good to go. Never got the results, never got replies to the complaints....this place is TRAGIC. I wouldn't even go in to buy a damn soda now. read more

I have never in my life experienced such rudeness, very unprofessional , this was my 2nd time to this Pharmacy and the first time was bad , but the 2nd time was horrific, texted me my Meds were ready and still waited 15 minutes, then did not get them all, called my dr. they resent, and so I waited about 15 more minutes to make sure and go to counter for her to tell me nope we don't have it, called dr back, and they said yes they do , we show they received at 3:50 and this was 4:15 , and lady at counter says OH YEA we got it but will be an hour, are you kidding me, they have no business working with public, especially in a pharmacy!!!!!!!!!!!! never again will I go back and telling whoever else I know !! read more
