Terrible store. Dirty, mismanaged, unorganized, empty shelves...as someone who has shopped at Walgreens for years, this is one of the worst.

This is definitely my Walgreens of choice. It is super close to home and i never have an issue. Whenever i have to pick up any prescriptions i always tell my doctor to send it to this Walgreens. Place used to be great and the staff there used to be nice, now they're a bunch of young stuck up kids. The manager now, her name is Jenny, and she's the rudest most inconsiderate person on the staff. Not only does she not keep her staff in line,bthey're all chatting with each other and laughing while there's a whole line with one register open going all the way around the whole permiter of the store, always damn near reaching the pharmacy. I called to complain about the staff to the corporate office and I was offered $5 in Walgreens credit, the whole staff needs to be retrained and go over how to treat a person in the store. read more

Horrible service Walked in at 9:57 to pick prescriptions that I had drop off at 8 pm and they said that they would be ready by 9 pm but they were closed. I told him it's 9:57 pm I still Have 3 min to pick up the meds don't you guys close at 10 o'clock. Mario the pharmacist replied that the The registers are shut down already. Yet he had his coat on and was ready to go home and was not thinking of helping any person. He had advised me to go to another Walgreens that would be open 24 hours. This is horrible service if I was the owner of the store I would not be recommending anybody to go anywhere else but to my own store.... he quickly brushed me Away. I will not continue to go to this store at all. Picking up meds that I really needed that day is very important. It is life or death. I will now go to the CVS store near my home. The absolute worst place to pick up medication, It has been my home pharmacy for a little over a year and each time I've tried to excuse my experience but honestly it's exhausting. Every time Ive gone there, there will be 2-3 people in front of me, not a long line. I've never spent less than 45 minutes to an hour waiting when they've already text me saying that it's ready. Almost every time I pick up medication I'm at the Walgreens longer than I'm at the doctors office that prescribed me the medication I need to pick up. Avoid this Walgreens at all costs. Well, at least avoid the pharmacy. The staff are unfriendly, the lines are long. I had to call every month for five months for them to get my prescription right, and even then its a miracle if they actually answer the phone. Most of the time, I call about ten times in a row, keep getting thrown back to the main menu and then finally decide to go in the store to get things done. Which is not pleasant either. If you have a choice - choose another store. This one is just too frustrating. read more

Need cashiers that handle busy times better. A bit messy and they ran out of Walgreen cards to get there discount. Other than that staff was friendly, but line was getting long with customers trying get coupons and no other cashiers were available. read more

The fed ex station is horrible , this is the 4th time I have problems with their service , last week I called and told them if they can hold a package for me for a day longer and told me yes , that's they were going to leave a note so it stays a day longer. When I got there the package was gone and didn't even reached out to me about it , so now I have to do the whole process all over again and and not sure if they have the item that I want. First of all this store has the worse cashiers very unfriendly and the store is badly managed I usually don't go to this store at all they don't make you feel welcome . Unfortunately I had to have an online order shipped to this store This store is the worse !!!! I called to see if the order was there as they never emailed me it was there . I called and specifically asked if my husbands name was on there to pick it up they said yes he gets there today and they tell him his name isn't on the box to pick it up . Had to screenshot my order and send it to my husbands phone to show them . He came home and my husbands name is clearly marked on the box .I call the store to tell and supposedly the guy who helped just got off yeah ok than asked for manager a guy gets on i tell him he said oh his name is on the box and says let me someone to help you and i ask for his name and he hangs up . read more

lis in the pharmacy went above and beyond for me. i was out of insurance do to a job change and my necessary persriptions were very costly. she showed me how to get coupons on the spot and applied them to my purchase right then and there cutting my costs more then half. she did not need to show me this and i couldve been out of a lot of money. it really made my day to know she listened to my concern and offered a solution. this is a characteristic that is really missing in customer service these days and i greatly appreciated it! read more

This pharmacy is terrible. They don't call you to let you know there is an issue with your medication. They don't answer their calls either. The male pharmacist is extremely rude and dismissive. My family will be changing to a local family owned pharmacy near by. read more

The walgreens in WNY has such bad service. I changed my presciptions long ago to the Walgreens on 90th Street in North Bergen. And all the staff are pleasant and helpful on 90th Street. Its also cleaner. Need I say more. read more

Horrible trip to walgreens on  8/22/16 around 1pm. All went in for was pills, you did not even need to count them they come in a package. I am not upset over the fact that I waited for an hour or about the old lady who cut me in line. This place is managed horribly and under staffed. First problem, "Why is Kevin the only one working the register at the pharmacy?" The pharmacy had a drive thru and you only have one person working. I was watching this poor guy Kevin do the register while dealing with rude people and then have to go work the drive thru. "Why didn't the manager help him?" She was in front of the pharmacy section stocking. This manager decided to come help Kevin and actually took my prescription. Then, she went back to stocking in front of the pharmacy. There was a line around the corner, the drive thru bell ringing non stop and Kevin running around doing it all. This was hard to watch for an hour, employees like Kevin don't come too often and should be appreciated. Walgreens, tell your managers to stop being so lazy and help out the guy making $10 an hour. read more
