Disappointing Experience at Bath & Body Works…read more I stopped by this Bath & Body Works today, and honestly, I was shocked by how unprofessional the staff was. One of the employees looked like she was literally falling asleep at the register -- eyes half-closed, barely responding, and clearly not interested in helping anyone. No greeting, no "Can I help you find something?", just a blank stare like she couldn't wait to leave. It really gave off a "don't care" attitude that made the whole store feel unwelcoming. I love Bath & Body Works products, but customer service like this ruins the experience. Management seriously needs to check in with their staff and make sure the people representing the brand actually want to be there.

In Westbrook there used to be a nice shopping outlet, most of the stores are shut down, there is a small selection of stores still open, and one of them is The Bath & Body Works Outlet. I don't know that there's a Bath & Body Works Outlet anywhere else but here. The prices are significantly more reasonable here. They had candles for around $4.00, hand sanitizers for $.50, hand soaps for $2.00, and more. There was plenty to choose from. They're currently running their Semi Annual sale, so the sale is better then most other time. If you're in the area, and enjoy these products, this store is worth visiting. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The one downside is, they had some things as "testers" that were out of stock as for sale items. They could just take away the testers and problem solved.

Holly is skilled, meticulous, and truly understands how to shape brows in a way that complements your face. For the first time in decades, my eyebrows look natural, defined, and genuinely flattering. After the wax, when my brows were already looking perfect, Holly went a step further and helped me find a concealer and foundation that make an enormous difference--natural, yet more vibrant and polished. A colleague of hers even weighed in on color matching. They were a young person with a fabulous look all in black, cool silver jewelry, and unmistakable kindness in their eyes. The whole experience felt collaborative and attentive. It is definitely more expensive than the threading I've had in Philadelphia, and I may try to stretch out the time between visits, but it is absolutely worth it.
