The pharmacist manager, she was insisting I was wrong about my prescription. I've caught them in so many lies. I had it and spoke up, she hung up me. I called back and she still insisted she's in no wrong. She decided to deny any future prescriptions. I reported the situation to the Store Manager. I understand when staff members get upset but when I tell them they have called me with excuses and have proof.. maybe the manager should consider that they might be wrong. read more

He has the vibe that he is not happy AT ALL! I could be wrong but SINGLE TIME EVERYTIME I GO THERE AND HE IS THERE- HE TALKS AS LIKE PEOPLE ARE SO STUPID AND DOESNT UNDERSTAND HIM. Stopped in because Walgreens had advertised a variety of nuts being on sale. The parking area itself was rather filthy, as there was trash everywhere and it reeked strongly of urine --it's an instant bad impression of the business. I've worked at multiple retail places and we'd never relied solely on the city to clean up our parking lot if it appeared messy; sometimes it may never be cleaned. Went in wanting to get my family their booster for Covid. 2 of us were Pfeizer and 2 were Moderna. They had 3 employees working in the pharmacy and yet took over 5 minutes to come to the window. They did not have the moderna so we couldn't all get vaccinated. Luckily Rite Aid was just down the street. Took us in right away and we were vaccinated and out of there in 20 minutes for all four of us. Yay Rite Aide. This Walgreens is going down hill. I made my son's first dose for the Pfizer shot for Walgreens on Greenleaf turns out I made a mistake and it was for the Whittier blvd store. So the wait was terrible to start. But what was worse thing for me was the pharmacist only asked for my son's date of birth. No instructions on what to do if he should need Tylenol for soreness, fever, and so on. I used to live in the area and I still drive to Walgreens, Whittier and Hadley regardless of distance. My Walgreens app would allow me to send my photos to my regular store. I sent photos in at 10:00am and received a confirmation they would be done by 1:40pm (so much for 1 hour photo). I called to make sure they were ready as I needed them as I headed out of town and 5 mins later I got here and they had just started printing them at 2:20 pm. Lousy store. Could not accommodate me for my COVID even though I had an appointment and just arrived early. No one was in line. My little brother was accommodated when he arrived early at CVS. Although I think there are a few nice cashiers and the managers are helpful I have to say that most of the cashiers there are rude and don't have good people skills. This location is closer to me and I always prefer to go a little out of the way to go to another Walgreens on Greenleaf for the better customer service. I just had an incident last week where I had some items that would give rewards and a young woman was ringing me up. I needed her to scan my coupons with my items because then the rewards wouldn't print (I've had this issue before) and she refused so NONE of my rewards printed just like I knew. Then when I asked if she could do my transaction again she gave me the biggest attitude and I didn't get my rewards (there was no other customers waiting in line). I went to return the cheap iPhone case thinking I'm within Walgreens policy. I missed the 30days by one day. Spoke the girl Christina and advise her about my situation. You can tell she doesn't have much experience as a manager because she lied to me saying she's the store manager but in reality she's the assistant manager. She right away told me to call corporate and turn her back. She gave me the surgery number instead of corporate. So I had to go back to the store to get corporates number. Called corporate and waiting from the ceo. I go to this Walgreens weekly just kept forgetting to bring the return. Unfortunately I will never go again unless they return my money. Been to a lot of pharmacies, and I will never ever return to this one. The pharmacist I had the displeasure of encountering was so rude and refused to refill my husbands prescription, even after talking to the nurse at his doctors office! His dr was on vacation, and wouldn't be back till who knows when, but this pharmacist thought she was above what his Dr had prescribed for him, and felt like making my husband suffer in pain needlessly after a surgery without pain medication. So I had to go down there and ask for his prescription back to take it to a deal pharmacy to have filled. Ridiculous! That woman needs human compassion. read more

Rudest assistant manager EVER! I asked her if I could ask her a quick question and she said one moment. I waited, waited, and waited...nothing. Instead she proceeded to have a meaningless conversation with another employee that seemed to be oblivious to the fact that I was waiting there looking at them.
