They have always been very helpful with a pleasant attitude, even when a customer is having a bad day , they are very understanding and cooperative. And basically helped me with everything even setting it up. lol . It is sincerely appreciated. I've been here for a few months and I'm always greeted pleasant with a pleasant attitude and smile from both Angie and Breanna. This is probably the best T-Mobile store I've even been too and the experience I just had. The rep was very helpful in helping my daughters pick out their phones and recommended the best money saving plan as possible, they weren't' pushy and took the time to show the phones and how easy it is to us. Most the the time, reps just try to sell me to close the deal before I get a chance to ask questions, but these guys were very patient, knowledgeable and showed what customer service is truly about. They have the best variety of phone covers and priced very reasonable for the quality, not like the ebay "made in chlna stuff". Female manager of this establishment named Jenny was extremely unprofessional and disgustingly disrespectful towards my 70 year mother. My mother went in for payment and help on using her cellular device. Manager was rude, and refused to help my mom. Finally my mom just wanted to make her payment and the manager refused to accept it. Her employee felt bad for my mom and accepted it. My mother is very sick and disrespectful people like this should not be running any business establishment that requires customer service. If people are not getting along the police is only one call away to make peace. No elder person should be treated with such abuse and disrespect. read more

I seriously hate coming to this metro store it's always my last resort. The girls there are so freaking lazy and never want to help me. Every time I go to pay my bill they are on their phones and tell me I have to pay online. Wanted to switch phones over and the lady tells me to call customer service after repeatedly telling her they told me to go to the store.
