My mom went into Krauser's yesterday, as she does EVERY SINGLE DAY, to buy a Boost. She put her…read more$1.50 on the counter and proceeded to get her Boost, as she does EVERY SINGLE DAY. Once at the Boost machine, the owner started yelling, "MAH! MAH! HEY! MAH!" across the crowded store at my mother. When my mom asked, "What?" the female owner started yelling, "You gave me a nickel instead of a quarter! You bring me more money! Now!" My mom had accidentally pulled out the wrong coin. She went out to her car, brought in the remaining $0.20 and left feeling super embarrassed. Today, my mom went back to Krauser's, which was empty, and got her Boost. She said to the owner, who was there again, "I really don't appreciate the way you talked to me yesterday - you embarrassed me in front of the entire store." The owner then started SCREAMING at my mom that she "knows" she was trying to leave the store with the Boost without paying and that she can "Go to Hell"!!! My mom kept trying to tell her, "I wasn't trying to steal from you - I just grabbed the wrong coin out of my change purse," but the owner just kept screaming over top of her. Who acts that way to a loyal customer?!? We will NEVER be shopping here again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Needed to pick up a few health and beauty items and this was my first time in my new local CVS and…read morethe overall experience was pretty great! Despite this location being an older one they do a nice job of keeping it neat and organized and stocked. I was able to find everything I was looking for and the cashier was really helpful in answering a few questions I had and providing large paper bags which I've never seen in any other CVS. They have a really large parking lot which is nice and is also well kept.

I walked in this store to pick up pictures today Friday, April 19, 2025 at 2:45 pm. The female…read morecashier was terrible. I waited for cashier to help me while in line to pick up pictures. The female ignored me and continued at another cash register ringing up a customer. Instead of walking to me to help me after she was done with that customer because there were customers in line, customers started walking to the register and she continued helping those customers. I asked her can she get me help and she told me that I have to wait until she rings up those customers on line. She should have called someone to help me in the intercom and should have helped me right after she was done with the first customer since I was next . I looked around the store and told the manager and he helped me but didn't even apologize. This is the second time I dealt with rudeness of this female cashier and the manager not apologizing. It looks like some of CVS employees sticks up for their workers. I will not be going to CVS anymore. I just drive to Walgreens. Their employees are at least helpful.
