The bottle even says it's expired on 3/5/26 and now we are out of the medicine and it hasn't even shipped yet! Always friendly and helpful, they have never once made a mistake or miscount in the 5 years or so I've gone there. Never that laziness when a call has to be made. As soon as I opened the door, I was great by a bright smile and warm welcome from the woman at the counter, I'm sorry I did not catch her name. She was beyond courteous! Then I met the pharmacist, Joe! As he was working, he stopped to say hello and asked how I was doing... total shock! Normally I go into pharmacies, the same one, monthly, for over 3 years due to auto accidents and they always sell make you feel like you are a bother to them! Joe was the exception to my years of experience dealing with my current pharmacy! He came from behind the counter to explain to me in detail about my prescription and my insurance. I've never had this type of service anywhere! I am still in awe. I came home and told my fiancé about it like I had just won the lottery lol. Had I done what they told me to, I would have stood in line. TWICE. Given the number of people in line, my second time through would have probably forced me to wait another twenty minutes. For a prescription I had already paid for. To make matters worse, the guy who rang me up made no mention of the fact that I would have to get back in line. It was only after I asked to speak with the pharmacist that my prescription was somehow miraculously ready. On top of this, the men's room was filthy, with urine on the toilet seat, toilet seat covers on the floor, and no toilet paper. When I mentioned this to a cashier at the suggestion of a pharmacy tech, I was told that the bathroom wouldn't be cleaned until midnight due to a lack of staff.
