She was working today 1/15/2019 around 4:20 pm when I arrived. I came in, smiled and said how are you and she acted like she didn't want to say anything to me. She just said I'm fine with this mean look. I bought my lottery ticket and when I held my hand out to get it, she threw it down on the counter very aggressively and then looked at me and held her hand out to collect the money for it. I was about to do the same to her but I held my composure and just put the money in her hand. I left but went back in there just to watch her for a few minutes just to see how she interacted with other customers. She never smiled but she did speak to some customers without a smile at all so it had me thinking WTH is wrong with my look. I took two stars away, one for each of those employees. There is one employee there who is very nice. She is another older lady. She always speaks and smiles at the customers and one time she was there at the same time this male employee was there and he accidentally rung up two of the same lottery tickets for me and looked at me with a mean look expecting me to pay for them both. Then this nice employee jumped in before I said anything and offered to buy the other ticket herself. I wish that ticket had won. I know sometimes people have bad days but that is no reason to make someone else feel bad, especially a customer. I am so tired of going into these businesses here in Wilson and having to deal with these mean ass people. I decided I am going to give a review for every business I go to here. And when I stop at this business again, if the very nice employee is not there, they will not get my money that day or I might just stop coming all together because I feel like I am paying these mean ass people to stay there and that makes me part of the problem. It's time for change!!

Are children managing this place? They cannot foresee the customers that charge their cars need a clean window the same as their gas customers. It just screams contempt for electric vehicles. At least they had reasonably clean restrooms. I hope all EV charging locations fix this problem with providing equal convenience to their customers. So one star for the gross lack of foresight and childish execution of a basic convenience to travelers.

When they opened their shiny new location in Wilson, it brought excitement to the area that has since been duplicated by newer gas stations in the area. However, the cleanliness on the outside has declined rapidly in just a few short years. When the pump wouldn't work, I went back to the manager, who rang up my transaction and told him I was unable to get fast. He advised me to try again which i did. For the 3rd time, it wouldn't pump gas. Next he instructed mevto use my card at the pump to pay again and assured me my $12 would be refunded in a couple of days. Its been 4 weeks and I still have not had a refund. The bank even verified both the purchase of gas inside, and my xard paying again at the pump. I could understand his hesitation to refund me but HE WAS THE ONEVRHAT HANDLED THE TRANSACTION! I even had proof from my bank that I never received a 12 dllr refund. I just now tried again and was refused my money be returned again. Today, I was told it was my fault because I put the nozzle back after the pump showed "see cashier" . This was not a honest mistake. The manager knows he owes me a refund but refuses. I ve also noticed they never checked ID when someone purchases nicotine or alcohol. The dishonesty and illegal activity is obvious. I have all intentions to notify Citgo Corp offices and report their lack of id checks to police dept. I may never get my refund, but they will regret it. Stay away from this business because they have NO CUSTOMER APPRECIATION OR CONCERN FOR SELLING ALCOHOL OR CIGARETTES TO MINORS.
