The drivers are always very nice and they are terrific drivers. The pickup from the memory care facility is always great! They are on time and professional. The return trips(I am talking about weekends only) have not been as good. One time we had to go out into the parking lot because the driver was laying down in the vehicle on his phone and didn't get the notice to pick us up. The second time there was a wreck (which I know can't be helped) and they were 30 min late pickup my dad. This caused some other issues for us. I would recommend you pay to have them wait for the return trip if it's a weekend since they are short staffed (their words not mine) on the weekends.

Their charges for transportation are already incredibly astronomical ($122 RT to go 15 minutes away) and to make it worse, they still charge for rides they did not complete and refuse to honor the terms and conditions stated on their website. They have no management and refuse to answer customer complaints so beware before you decide to give them your credit card as this company will not hesitate to bill astronomical charges and will not have any staff to discuss issues with you. Always posed with the question "What do you recommend I do?" And their response was always keep calling to check if they got more in. My last straw was midway through a trial of a medication (one of the ones which they didn't have enough samples of- so round two of attempting this medicine now) I call to schedule my follow up and "We're not contracted with your insurance anymore". I say last straw because for the right medical staff I would pay the out of network fees. So if you have medical conditions or insurance that requires hoops to be jumped through, I highly recommend going elsewhere.

They genuinely listen when you tell them something is wrong or explain what is going on. I had both of my children with this practice. The front desk staff is always friendly and quick to return calls. Unfortunately, as with most medical practices - the practice can't be defined just by the doctors. When it comes to obstetrics for prenatal care and delivery, it's a fairly great experience. The gynecological and post delivery experiences are not as smooth. There has been more than one occasion where it comes across when trying to tell them something is wrong, they don't listen unless you push. Personally, my reproductive health is not something I'm willing to take a chance on with staff not listening. Overall though, the majority of the staff is very friendly, it's a clean place, and great for OB care - my drop in rating comes down to lack of the same attention or concern for detail on the gynecology side.

Once at the urgent care all my muscels loosened up. I can see how they may not have understood my pain was past a ten five minutes before I checked in. Parking was easy. Big lot. Not a lot of people here Saturday evening. I got checked in. Waited maybe three minutes. Was taken to an exam room. Jerico took my vitals. Was pleasant but could noticeably tell he hated chit chat. Lol He excused himself and the wait for a provider began. While waiting I noticed this room smells weird. Gross weird. I dont even want to think about what it is but it smells like the trash needs emptied and the trash smells for lack of a more descriptive word. yucky. I think that conveys it. Kind of smells like a mixture of puke and disinfectant. Ew. See. Yuck. Doctor Haynes come is. Was relieved it wasn't another NP. Especially due to it being an upper back/neck injury. Thats mg big beef with this place the NPs. I explain some of my medical history. Explain the injury. She does an exam concluding its soft tissue causing the pain. And doesn't need an x-ray. I agree it doesn't need xrayed, but was wondering why she didnt lean to mri. Never did she mention it. Still holding fast to its an pulled muscle. I am 100000000000% sure it is more than that. So I ask for a referral to the spine clinic. She gives it to me I was sent home with lidocaine and muscle relaxer. I agree, those I needed. The entire visit took less than 30 from the time I sat down in the waiting room. The only thing I was surprised by there was no follow up call. Usually when you go to an ER in urgent care, especially with a neck injury staff follows up the next day That was not the case here no follow up was received.
