We've been using Tish for our dog care for over 4 years. It started with our female black pug. She's totally in love with her male black pug DaVinci. We also adopted a french bull dog about 2-1/2 years ago and she has loved it since the day we took her there. Tish lives near our home and when we take walks with our dogs, they insist on going down her street, and as we get near her home, they start pulling to go up her driveway and to her home. We've gone on weekend trips and vacations to Europe and never had any concerns about our girls. We receive emailed pictures of them several times. When we get home from our trips, they are thrilled to see us but I do think they miss the "pack" love they had their with her host dogs. Keep on loving our babies while we're off having fun. Walk N Roll Pet Sitting was great and our dog Luna loved Tish! We had to leave our big lovable Lab for 3 weeks for a vacation in South Africa and Tish really put our mind at ease about leaving her for that long. She did a meet and greet with Luna and was very easy to communicate with. It was great to have Luna in a home environment instead of locked up in a kennel where no one is watching her. She got to play with lots of doggy friends and when we came home to pick her up she was happy and well looked after. Tish is just fantastic! Due to our basset having a case of giardiasis, our usual kennel was unable to accept either of our dogs. We were scrambling all over the area looking for someone who would be able to take our dogs. Tish rescued us and was happy to take both our beagle and basset for the couple of days during the holidays. Our dogs loved going there. Tish has a huge backyard where our two hounds could run around and sniff things. They were able to meet other dogs and had a great time while we were in Vancouver. Her prices are very reasonable and she's very local to those of us in the South Bay. I have recently used Tish for a second time while traveling out of town and once again have been super pleased with her and the services she provides. I recently moved to the area and had to find new home for my little guy for when we leave town and as anyone can relate, its never fun to do. When I met with Tish, my nerves were quickly put ease and when I took my boxer to meet with her pups, he instantly fell in love also. I am now boarding my 4th dog with Tish. At the last minute I found I needed to board my Buddy for a week. Tish went out of her way to make sure there was room for my Buddy and even changed her own personal schedule around to accommodate my needing to drop him within the hour. She has helped me out in a pinch over and over again. I could not ask for a better or more professional place to keep my dogs. I don't know what I would do without Tish. She goes out of her way to keep me posted on how my dogs are doing and even posts photos of them on her facebook page, so I am able to see for myself how happy they are with the other fur kids while I am away. Walk and Roll Redondo Beach pet sitting is THE WORST company ever!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! They are the least professional people I have ever met!! The lady TISH is a very horrible person and they shouldn't be able to have a business licence of any kind. We were leaving for a weekend and got Walk and Roll to dog sit for us. The girl AnneMarie have arrived for to get to know us and our dogs. She seemed like she is on some drugs... On Saturday, the first day that we were gone, I have got a phone call from TISH saying to call her back. I have called her and she said that our doggies was barking and snapped at that AnneMarie girl and that they have made a decision to not come to our house again (even that we have already pre paid for 5 visits and WE WERE OUT OF TOWN). So here we are fair away from our house not knowing what to do. We thought that we have hired a professional dog sitters not someone who would just leave our dog all alone and bridge the contract like that. But that is not it!!!!! TISH IS SUCH A HORRIBLE PERSON that she have called the animal control to tell them that our dog have bit their employee and that our dogs have no TAGS!! We could not believe it!! What a mean awful person! So, I went to the Animal Control Place where I was informed that: Tish have called and reported our dog but she had no proof since there was NO SIGN OF A BITE!! What a crazy horrifying person!! I called Tish, she didnt answer! What a surprise!! I have called a few times and left her a couple of voice mails demanding my money back since she have not full filled the contract. Finally We went to the address that is listed as her business address to find out that TISH IS EVEN WORST IN PERSON!! I have told her who I am and that I am there to ask for my money back. She have screamed at me saying that I am stocking her and she will call Police on me! WHAT??????? She should be happy that I didn't call police on her! We told her that we came to the address that is listed as her business, it was our first time ever there and that we just really want our money back. She told us that we will get our money back and that we shouldn't be surprised when her employee takes us to court !! We left. We haven't received our money back. I think that you are better of going with another company since those people are absolutely NOT PROFESSIONAL! NOT TRUSTFUL!!! AND NOT NICE!!!! They are THE WORST people that WE have ever met!!! read more

Tish left us stranded the morning when we were supposed to drop off our dogs before a Europe trip. She sent an e-mail at 3AM the morning of, not sure who checks their e-mail at 3am! She said her sister was in an accident. Of course not having checked my e-mail we got to her house and she wasn't there, there were dogs barking, although she told me there would be someone there 24hours a day. I kept calling her and she wouldn't answer her phone because she didn't have blue tooth, but ironically could text while driving. Sorry about her sister but I wouldn't trust her with my plants! She pretty much ruined our vacation, too bad because she seemed nice, but glad never left my dogs with her in the first place, as she would just take off and leave them alone in an emergency. read more

There's a Soup Nazi in the pet sitting business! Recently I had need of a pet boarding service. We found a Groupon for Walk n Roll and contacted Tish regarding her service. I called and left her a message (because she never answers her phone) telling her everything; the dates, type of dog, etc. She left a message on my phone telling me to go to her website and make a reservation. Upon arriving there, I discovered it asks for all the same info I gave her on the phone. But I entered it and waited. A few hours later I got an email with 3 more forms. When I got to the second form, I noticed that it was asking for a lot of the same info that was on the first form. Then I got to the last form and discovered it was asking for all the same info... again! 30 minutes later, I sent all the forms back to her and told her that it was annoying filling in the same info multiple times. Instead of saying sorry or "We'll look into that", her response was to tell me to fuck off and that she didn't want our business! So be warned... if you're a Seinfeld fan and love the thought of doing business with a Soup Nazi, Tish is definitely your girl! read more

My fiancé and I were both scheduled to work on Superbowl Sunday and we didn't want to leave our little pug Chaka home alone all day so we called Tish at Walk N Roll to see if she had a space available for Chaka. We were in luck that Tish was available and was able to accommodate us on such short notice. Upon meeting Tish for the first time the Saturday before, I knew that we had made a great decision. Tish was so sweet and it was clear that she is exceptionally knowledgeable about pet care. She also has a darling black pug named DaVinci and that was an added bonus because Chaka would have an opportunity to make a new pug friend! On Superbowl Sunday we dropped Chaka off and had a great talk with Tish and she assured us that she would keep us posted throughout the day about how Chaka was doing, which she did, and even sent us some photos of Chaka from the day. This morning when I went to pick up Chaka he was certainly a happy boy! And Tish let me know that he behaved himself very well and gave me some tips on how to help with his separation anxiety. Now, Chaka is taking a little nap as I am sure he is tired from all of the fun he had with Tish, DaVinci and Maddie. I've been using Tish for a year and a half for walking as well as boarding. I would definitely recommend her. She is easy to communicate with and you can tell loves dogs. Her house is extremely clean and she likes to run a organzied ship which I appreciate. I was very pleased. It was our first time to leave our beloved dog in boarding for 8 nights. It was sort of last minute decision to board as I was reluctant at first in leaving our Sunny behind. This was the best setup I could have ever imagined. Tish was great! She made it so easy to bord my 10 month puppy for the weekend. My Klee Kai stayed with AnneMarie for 3 nights and had a blast! She went on walks, played with other dogs, and was loved a treated like it was her second home. I was able to check in daily, since this was my first time bording my puppy, which was important to me. We have two King Charles Cavaliers that needed a home for one month. We sold our home and planned a trip in a few weeks. Our dogs needed a home for a 30 days. I feel so lucky to have found Tish and Walk N Roll! I have a 2yr old white labrador that, while adorable and lovable, can be quite a handful. I've tried out a few different pet sitting/dog walking/doggie daycare places in the South Bay and West LA and Walk N Roll blows the rest out of the water. My wife and I had just adopted a rescue dog two months prior when we had to find boarding for him for two weeks. I really try to think positive about businesses, especially one that we would trust our dog to stay at while on vacation but I'm glad that we never got to the point that most of these reviewers did. We purchased a groupon for 5 days of pet sitting. Our trip isn't for a few months but we wanted to meet the people where he would be staying much in advance since we will be out of the country. I filled out the forms and requested a meet and greet. I got a response back several days later from the owner with multiple questions because of his "breed". She had to protect other animals obviously since he is a pit bull but refused to even meet him. There are no breed or weight restrictions listed on the website but her response another week later was that she has a trip that just "came up" the same weekend and that we should request a refund from groupon. I would never let my dog stay there now and she obviously has a prejudged opinion against some breeds. Do not recommend. read more

Tish has been a fantastic addition to our pup's life. We rescued an older Boxer earlier this year who had been diagnosed with terminal cancer. When we read Tish's website, we knew she would understand what our Boxer girl is going through and would be extra nurturing for her. When we first met her, she was great about giving us information about caring for a dog with cancer, resources to use, diets to try, and ways to spend quality time with our little Boxer girl. We initially requested that Tish walk our dog twice a day until she got used to our house (aka not going to the bathroom all over the place!). Tish was wonderful about giving us an update about how she was doing on her walks and even took the time to hang out with her at our home to make sure she got water and food (and treats!) before being crated. After a couple of weeks, we reduced our walks to once a day and stopped crating our dog. We have yet to come home to any accidents and have been told by our neighbors that our little girl looks very happy and exhasted when they see her out walking with Tish; burning our dog's energy is not an easy thing to do! Tish has also been wonderful with working with our difficult schedules. There are occasionally weeks that we have to cancel walks altogether because our dog is vising grandma and grandpa in Sacramento and we have also been able to call her last minute to request extra walks during the week if we are both working late. She has been incredibly flexible and accommodating to not just our schedules, but our dog's potty needs and unique personality. We couldn't have found a better dog walker and are always comforted in knowing that our little girl is in good hands when we are away at work. Thanks for all that you do, Tish! read more

Having only moved to Southern California a year ago - we recently needed to find someone to take care of our two Old English Sheepdogs for 10 days....affectionally called the "bears"! Not an easy job - finding someone willing and experienced enough to take on 2 such large and hairy dogs! I found Tish on line and placed a call. Instantly liking her approach - we set up a time to meet. It was important to us that the "bears" were part of the family and received love and attention while we were gone. Tish has a lovely home and garden and they spent 10 enjoyable days with her and her two dogs - and I think they learnt a few things along the way too! She has a wonderful approach with dogs and we were so confident that they were being well cared for and loved while we were gone. She kept in constant contact and reassured us all the time. We used Tish to take care of our 9 year old JRT while we were on vacation. He usually stays w/ relatives when we can't take him w/ us on trips, but for this vacation, all the relatives were going and we didn't want to kennel him, so we decided to try Walk N Roll for pet sitting. We were kind of worried about him staying at home by himself for 6 days, but Tish did a great job taking care of him and he was doing great when we got back. The only minor issues we had were that we initially provided all our contact #s (home and both cells) in an email, and when Tish tried to call to let us know she was running late for our initial meeting, she only called my husband's cell and he was out of town and didn't get the messages. Also, during our trip when we called for a quick update, she mixed us up with another client and left a message that there could be some concerns w/ the dog. Until we got in touch w/ her again and she realized which client we were and everything was really OK, we were a bit worried. Those were minor things though, and we would certainly use Walk N Roll's services again.
