She is great we have seen her twice now and she is great with my daughter. Unfortunately they had scheduled us with a different dentist today, I believe dr. Jammie Tosevski. We got called back and her nurse told me I wasn't allowed go back with my 7 yo daughter. That the dentist likes to have just the kid back there. First thing that came to mind and probably everyone else is why, is she a pedo. My daughter was being put on nitrous and is already nervous about going to the dentist and doctors. So hearing this immediately put my daughter in fear. my daughter started freaking out about going back by her self and the dentist still said I wasn't allowed back so I asked to be rescheduled with dr.wright. My daughter is 7yo, a very young minor. There's no way I would send her back on her own even if I trusted the dentist. For her to even think that was okay is absolutely crazy to me.

I have been waiting 5 days for cold and antibiotic meds and even after doing face to face with representatives I still only got part of the meds. this is not the first time it has been every prescription through them. they only refill with a new doctors visit and would only do 30 day scripts for me. no pain meds bp and diabetes meds. they charge for any paperwork you may need including medical excuses and handicap paperwork. the business side will be the failure my first doctor left because of this reason. On a Tuesday. i've come in there about four times and this is the same experience every single time and when the medicine needs to be signed off the "main doctor" is always out how is the doctor never in his office he's never there. every single time I call about this medicine they always say he just stepped out for the day. And I call in the morning like please make it make sense. My medicine is literally not life altering and won't kill me if I don't have it, but it's the simple fact that I'm supposed to be taking it regularly and it fluctuates in my body and I would like to not get off my schedule for it. it's so easy to not be lazy. No receptionist at the door 10 of the 12 days we were there, so anyone could just walk in at any time. No one greeted u or smiled most of the time when u walked past the nurses station. Care was lacking in every way! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, let alone someone you love! We have been to several rehab facilities polities and this one was the worst! From the first visit, I felt like she & her nurses were there for me. I love that Dr. Caldwell takes the time to listen to you when you are telling her about your issues. She has always taken the time to go over my health issues when I ask questions. She honored that I didn't want to just slap antibiotics on my issues and actually recommended some herbs that helped clear up my sinus issues. She listened when I said I think I'm hypothyroid and did the test for me - sure enough, even to her surprise, I was. She has offered me to have drug compounded to avoid animal bi-products in my meds. And her NP is freaking awesome too. I drive over an hour to see these ladies! I hate the drive, but sometimes, when you find a place you like, you do what you have to do. Though I have to say, Becky - the phone lady isn't the most pleasant. Just get past that and it's golden.

I had been to six other doctors who could not help me or give me a legitimate diagnosis. I was exhausted, but on a friend's recommendation, made an appointment. The questionnaire was daunting, but well worth my time, as Dr. Caldwell wants to get an overview of the whole body instead of just one system. She treated me and I am doing 100% better.
