I told them I was told $102 when checking in & her response was "that was just an estimate". I asked if anything changed from the treatment plan I had signed & there wasn't. If your "estimate" is off by more than 60% then you need to do better. That is unacceptable. I will no longer refer anyone here & I will seriously reconsider returning. What a shame after all these years. So disappointed in the customer service when we checked out & lack of explanation or accountability about their incorrect estimates.
