Never again. Brand new trailer for my Hewescraft came with solid rust inside the main beam tubes - yes, this is NEW - never wet, never a boat on it. Duped me by telling me it had Dexter axles and Brakes (even included Dexter Owner's Manual) only to find cheap, lesser quality Lippert axles and brakes installed. Main crossmember location had to be modified as the trailer was not balanced even remotely close for my boat - a boat they supply thousands of trailers for. Brake lines rubbing on frame/springs in multiple locations. One wheel/rim wobbled so bad I had to replace it on first outing. Cheap jack wouldn't even touch ground when fully extended. Cheap winch ratchet would not safely catch the stop. Fenders don't center over the tires - looks goofy. All decals including VIN# and load capacities peeled off after first rinse with my garden hose. Not to mention the trailer squeaked, moaned, and popped embarassingly. EZ-Loader customer service was HORRIBLE and would not give me correct bunk and axle location measurements so I could correct their incorrect assembly. They said they wanted to do something for me, but never said what. My final call back from EZ-Loader was all about how THEY did "not want to be represented this way." Well, what about how much trouble and expense they put on ME!? Oh, did I mention I waited 3 months after I ordered this trailer to get it! Never, ever again. read more

I have a brand new EZ load trailer with my Hewescraft 190 love the boat but the EZ load has been nothing but a problem first rear lights keep coming plugged then the winch nut came loose on the boat ramp then the lock out solenoid went bad and now the rear light fell out. EZ where is your quality control? read more

I decided to call Ez Loader directly and left a voice mail. Jeff called me back within the hour. He was very knowledgeable and got me exactly the right parts I needed. Hey EZ Loader, change your website it's not close to being accurate, your customer service is HORRIBLE. You don't answer your phone, you don't return calls and you don't answer your email. If you buy an EZ Loader trailer, just understand, you are on your own for help and issues...they suck. My trailer is less than two years old and a bath hub started leaking (5 year warranty)...but I expected it to be a simple issue and needed help w answers and parts.
